We can’t say enough amazing things about Reya! From the very start, she brought such incredible energy to our onboarding process, making what could have been a complex setup across our three sites feel seamless. Despite the time difference between the UK and LA, she was always available, responsive, and willing to help whenever we needed her. No matter the hour, Reya showed up with a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to making sure everything ran smoothly. Her constant communication, patience, and expertise made all the difference. She truly went above and beyond for us, and we’re so grateful for her dedication. The onboarding process is smooth and intuitive, with Loyalty Lion doing a lot of the heavy lifting and background work for us. There was only one feature that wasn't totally clear and that was the 'rolling' approach to spend calculations, but we have managed to find a way to work around this. Reya was very helpful throughout the whole onboarding process and the team are very quick to action any changes or requests. We went live yesterday and are already seeing really positive engagement and response from the programme!

Great so far from setup to implementation. Detailed process to get aligned and onboarded. Lots of info and things to have in place to make LL work with your store but their team takes care of everything aside from any internal decisions you have to make for your specific use-case. Freya was stellar in all ways and helpful at every stage.

We’ve been using Loyalty Lion for almost a year now, and we’ve noticed a significant increase in customer engagement thanks to the Rewards Program. The platform is easy to use and quite straightforward.

A special mention goes to Jason, who was an absolute star during the implementation process. He was incredibly helpful, always available to assist, and made the entire process seamless and efficient. The support team has also been fantastic—always responsive and quick to help.

Our only feedback is that we haven’t had our quarterly reviews as our Success Manager left the company, and we haven’t been contacted regarding a new assignment. Additionally, we would love to see more customization options and the ability to edit the FAQs again.

Overall, we’re very happy with Loyalty Lion and the positive impact it has had on our business.

We've recently relaunched the program and the support we received was excellent. Responses were timely and a few issues we experienced were solved very quickly. Sathiya was super quick and efficient at supporting us in the process :)

Es zwar sehr schön und hilft wirklich aber wieso direkt 199 USD ?, es gibt kleinunternehmen die wachsen möchten und nihct auf einmal 199 zahlen können. - 3 Konto Modelle wären anziehender : 25 USD - 50 USD und 199 USD wäre noch Okay aber nicht gleich Geldgier mit 199 USD ?
