Smartrr has been a great subscription solution for our team. Their support team has been so helpful with big and small issues as they arise. We transferred from Yotpo to Smartrr Subscriptions. The transition was actually quite smooth. The Smartrr team did a great job and addressed any questions concerns or issues we had quickly. I was nervous to make the change but Smartrr team helped make it very easy on us. The experience for our subscription customers only improved so I see this subscription change to Smartrr as an all around upgrade. The app is quite intuitive and user friendly even for non-technical IT folks like myself. Really happy with the app and product support so far.
