Very expensive for lack of customization options such as having no photo carousel. Ugly and not very intuitive user interface. There are better free options
This was very unusual. You have been our customer for over 9 months now and yet you didn't even contact us before leaving this review. Our app clearly stated that you can create only two different types of galleries using the app- Grid and Masonry.
Carousel is basically a slider and not a gallery. This is like expecting a fish to climb a tree
We contacted you but you haven't replied in 24 hr. We have tried to keep the app reasonably priced following a motto that “The app shouldn't be priced more than the lowest-cost product most merchants are selling”. This is really heartbreaking. You are suggesting that the hours we have put in features, CDN and tutorials are worth nothing.
And as far as customisation is concerned, I am certain that our app is providing the most customisation options. Be it effects, borders, box-shadow, custom CSS you can do it all from within the app. We even take customisation requests from users and help them out if the request is something only we can do from our end.
We have lazy load on images, a reliable and fast CDN without any hacks like storing images in themes. We have our own paid service provider. Any app with half our features is available for almost double the price or more.

From what I understand it was a technical glitch.
Gallery working well, now. I have had a lot of problems with placement of my gallery. I looked up how to remove code and couldn't find it in my website code.
I have reached out to support three times, the first being almost seven hours ago, with only one generic email being sent to me that a support ticket had been created. So disappointed
The app is very easy to use and understand. The support team is also very helpful and answers questions quickly.

This is app is garbage, dont waist your time. Cant get it to work with my shopify store and they make it difficult to cancel once they have your money

Delivering message and feel correctly with great symmetry
After my previous gallery app got discontinued, I was frantically looking for replacement and came across Cozy Image Gallery app. Boy, I wish I found it earlier! Great interface, easy to use and I can finally bulk upload my images! My galleries are big and having an option to upload tens of images at the time is a true life / time saver.
Also, customer service is top notch - I had an issue with image sorting and they custom-fixed it for me in no time.
Overall, highly recommended!
BEWARE! Just like the last review, the app was triggering a malware alert for all devices using Avast. Made the mistake to install the app and take a week off, lost customers for sure before i realized it. Have to mention that they supposedly contact Avast and got whitelisted.
Crap, showing mallware on AVG webshield. Scaring of customers due to malicious code. Would not recommend!
We already contacted you with the fact that AVG webshield was giving false positive. They have also agreed to it and whitelisted us at that every hour we contacted them.

I used this app to help promote pick n mixes on the website, I needed a few different images as there is a large selection of sweets and this app was easy to install, follow and create galleries. Great pricing too thank you so much!

This is the only photo gallery app I found that functions exactly the way I need it to and it is very easy to use. Customer support is friendly and replies quickly.

I have a fabric display page that i used to use a costume page app to display my stores collection, but after getting so many pictures the file size became to big and i had to find a new way to manage the collection which lead me to this app.
This app is very easy to use and looks amazing on the store front. I can manage my collections some much faster with this now. I don't like apps that i have to do any coding for so i was a little worried when saw you had to copy and past a line of code but their video guide showed me how to do it exactly and worked first time no issue. Note you don't go into the theme code which is why it was so easy.
I intend to Provide some detail about what i did or did not enjoy about using this app once i have fully tested it
This was very strange. We would have waited for you to properly use the app and maybe update the review later. But even though you wrote that you will test the app and provide details about it later, you installed and uninstalled the app and left a 1-star review all within a matter of 4 minutes.

I used this app to create a web Gallery to showcase my coastal stock photos. It was so easy to install, very user-friendly & has enough options for customizing. It has definitely improved the look of my site. Highly recommended!
This app is the BEST!!! So easy to use, it looks great and doesn't slow down my site. I looked everywhere for something to show off my imagery and THIS IS IT!!! It isn't even necessary to upgrade to a paid plan which is really crazy! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!
Don't be fooled by the outdated interface, this app did exactly what I needed it to, and had options I didn't even realise I needed until I saw them. Very easy to use, and a great result.
Works brilliantly for us and the guys are eager for feedback. We sell Electric catamaran and this makes it easy to sell off rejects and returns. Easy to install and manage. And also a very great support team.

Ottima app, l'unica gratuita che ti permette di inserire fino a 50 immagini. Certo sarebbe stato meglio avere la possibilità di poter suddividere ad esempio 10 immagini per 5 categorie, così da differenziare, ma va bene anche tutte insieme, di meglio gratuitamente non si trova. La consiglio.
