Yotpo is an incredible partner! I've had years of great experiences. They are always available to help me troubleshoot issues. I love the on-site integrations. Yotpo has been amazing since we made the change. I couldn't be more excited about the functionality this unlocks, especially thinking about the ecosystem of options they offer like email, SMS, pop-ups, loyalty program, reviews, UGC. In my mind these were all individual systems that can't speak to each other and they all cost XYZ. I'm not saying this will be cheaper if you do the most economical option for each and tie them together, but this whole system will actually drive conversions and customer retention on a different level. And I only have to understand how Yotpo functions, I don't have to learn 11 systems. I'm a founder and have a COO and that is all for the team. We can't just pass this to someone.
I'm about 2 weeks in, but the fact that the whole ecosystem can help support the other areas, I'm realizing I couldn't do half of this if they systems don't imtimately work in tandem and read info across the customer jounrey. And I have to mention Robert Kent was my latest help desk rep and he was the absolte best! Anytime I need to live chat someone I can get a real person and they fix my user-error generated issue.
Yotpo is a great tool for product reviews and retention, clean interface, fast and great support. Just combined two old products into one with syndicated reviews, Raney S from the support team was a great help with that.
So far so good. It delivers exactly what I need. I have had a decent response rate from customer's providing reviews. I have needed to contact support a few times now (mostly because I am new to Yotpo and needed assistance in the setup), and the service has always been prompt, efficient and expert.
I'm not the most tech-savvy person, so the UX is a little hard for me to manage - but the customer support I just received from Vincent C was top notch so I thought I'd write a review and give him a shoutout.
I had an issue with reviews populating in an area I did not want them, and Vincent came with both the solutions for future reference + he went ahead and took the 20 minutes (it would have taken me hours) to do it for me.
I really appreciate that kind of customer care.
Vien Saints did an amazing job with customer support. We were able to share our collaborator code through Shopify and he was able to hop on and get all of the backend stuff done to fix some minor issues and I didn't have to lift a finger. Can't speak highly enough about my customer service experience with Yotpo!

Great app, only positive experience so far! I was impressed by functionality and also by the level of support: I had two requests and both were resolved quickly. I wanted to thank @Jeffrey M. and @Reymon for quick and attentive assistance in importing reviews. Good job!
I am grateful to the team and John Gatchalian in particular for helping us with the reviews migration. We had a seamless experience. John was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and guided us through every step of the process.
We moved to Yotpo from Loox and it was a big mistake. We were mislead on how advanced is the app. We had all customization options available on Loox on the plan of 40 per month and on Yopto we can customize very few things paying 170... Yotpo charges you for everything (extra review requests sent too) and on the top we spent days trying to migrate to the app and it was a bug on a bug on a bug.
After using it for 2 months I noticed that we do not get any reviews with photos or videos and we used to get several per week on Loox. When I asked the support how I can improve the landing page for the review request in order to get more reviews with photos/videos they told me that I should move to a more expensive plan... On Loox it was available on basic plan.
If it's your first review app probably you'll find it fine but when you've already tried couple and have experience, you'll see that Yotpo charges you for nothing. It's not worthy of the pricing they offer.
