He followed my emails patiently as I described the issues I was having, and then provided clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve it. Their knowledge of the app's features is really helpful, as he was able to suggest the right solutions. I also appreciated their resourcefulness in finding workarounds when I encountered a few minor blockages. That's really appreciated in a world in which customer service normally links you to a help center article, and you have to figure it all out. I will be honest and say that, in the beginning, I found this app quite complicated and kept going back to more simple apps from competitors only to get massively frustrated by their lack of functionality. So, in the end, I took some time to read the massive amount of documentation that Weglot provide (including videos) and bring myself up to speed and I have not been disappointed - this app is the only one on the market that has such capabilities (trust me, I tried them all). And then, when I am unable to proceed (due to my own limited skills) the support team are just outstanding - quick and so helpful, I really haven't had an experience like this. My store is now totally translated into EN, FR and NL perfectly - thanks, Weglot.
