Our experience with Weglot turned into a complete nightmare. What was supposed to be a simple translation solution ended up disrupting our entire website theme. As a result, four different parties had to spend several days repairing the damage. Even after removing Weglot, code remnants remain, continuing to affect the stability of our site. Additionally, the online fix provided on their website simply does not work. Overall, a very frustrating experience that we wouldn’t wish on anyone. Note: After this, Weglot proactively reached out to us and resolved the issue — for which we are truly grateful. This helpful follow-up is the reason we decided to adjust our review from 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you for the support.
Great app, the best I have tried, but of course, it is not the perfect translator, as you must check everything is correct but it is very helpful for big web sites when you need to have it in different languages. It can be better making it easier to erase the useless translations like numbers.
The best thing about this is the GREAT and PROACTIVE customer service, giving you the best answer in a few hours.
The app is great to use, a lot of possibilities, you can do manual and automatic translation, also exception customer service
Weglot makes the job at a good pricing.
Obviously there are sometimes little problems or limits, but they superbly cover with a top class support.

Overall we are very happy with Weglot since it translates everything well. But one major downside is, that it is not well integrated in Shopify Markets and Shopify Languages. It is basically it's own layer which is not fully and deeply integrated into the Shopify system.
I decided to update my negative review after the negative experience i had with one of Weglot support member. The matter was addressed by the management who reach out to me within 24h in friendly polite way, My technical problem (excluding content from being auto translate) still exist but I hope Weglot will be able to solve it.
