It could not do a simple procedure, that I could accomplish with the Esty website. Shopify help desk said your software could do.

Great app ,but makes my Shopify checkout super slow. As soon as you select a product with the 'add image' option my checkout does not load at all

I recently created my online restaurant store on Shopify, offering home delivery and pickup options. As I was adding all the options from our menu (choose your dressings, salsas, preparation options, etc.) it became quickly apparent that there were many variants for some dishes. The options in this app allowing the look and simplicity for how customers choose their variants is excellent. My restaurant has been on that big online platform that takes a 30% commission on every order. Customers have said that my restaurant website is BETTER than my listing and menu design on that big platform, and this app is part of why my customers like my online restaurant ordering superior.

The application is good, the bad thing is the customer service. I have been waiting 1 week for a problem related to the payment buttons to be fixed, since the problem starts when I activate the app, and after 1 week I still have the problem and I am still waiting for the developer to connect to fix it. I have uninstalled the app and installed another one that I have no problem with.

You won't have to spend much time in learning this. It's simple to use. And support team is great, they respond to mails quickly. Thank you and great work Relentlessly!

This is one of my favorite Shopify apps. It’s very straightforward and very simple to use. The cost is not exorbitant for what it does. And it makes my life much simpler. If you were looking for something to add variance to your Shopify products I recommend this app wholeheartedly. Well done guys.

I needed to add customization to some products and adter watching tons of videos and trying to follow along in editing code (unsuccessfully) I found this app. I love it! Super easy and does exactly what I need it to do. The only downside is that it doesn't work in POS and I have to do in person orders on the website instead of POS.

My response to your reply: Your response to my complaint is much too late. I had raised this issue, but you said you couldn't help me. And now, when I give a 1-star review, you can suddenly help? And don't write that the images are still there, because they aren't. I have tested on different browsers and also in incognito mode. The images were gone. It remains a terribly bad app; I have since found a much better app (with online chat for support, so you don't have to wait two days for a response).

This app is the worst I've come across. I had created 80 image swatches. After a few days, they disappeared. So, I recreated them, and again, they vanished after a few days. I did this four times and then sent an email to support, but they had never seen this before and couldn't provide an answer. So, I entered everything again, only to have it all disappear once more. This is truly outrageous. There are plenty of alternative apps out there. Definitely do not choose this one.

So far, the app has been great. It allows me to add very important variations for my customers including personalization. Since a large part of my customer base wants to personalize, this is crucial for me. I haven't needed customer service so I can't comment there. But I appreciate the opportunity to give this review and hope others will try the app.

Absolutely brilliant app and addition to your online store, it worked way better than any other that I tried and the support is there if you need it for a small two person business they do very well at replying so fast. Highly recommend.

I cannot figure this app out. It did not seem to save anything I did. I need it for image upload, and am seeing some reviews, etc. where this app does not support that? I used it a year ago, and seemed to work fine, but now it looks different, and is just difficult for me to understand. I'll probably try another app.

This app is amazing!!! I searched around for something that would allow me to showcase my highly customizable products in a way that was both user friendly for my customers and for myself (on the backend setting up the website on my own). This app works perfectly for what I was trying to achieve. It was also extremely easy for me to set up all of my products exactly how I wanted them to look/function for the customer. In terms of support, their Customer Service is amazing! I appreciate that they have a website full of FAQs (so that if I ran into any minor issues I was able to try to solve the issue quickly on my own). There were also some very minor pieces I needed some extra help/clarification on. Once I reached out (via their easy to use contact us form), they were exceptionally quick to respond and resolve any issues. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this app!

This is my go-to app when I need multiple variant selectors for my Shopify store. Not only do I love the functionality of the app and product option layout, but the people behind the app are always patient, helpful, and proactive when you face a problem or ask questions. I highly recommend it!

I was searching for a variant app and was referred to Variant Option, it will completely transformed my online store as I am able to offer customers more customized options. This app it's a game-changer! It offers a bunch of awesome features that will make my store way more efficient and profitable.
I can easily add different options to my products, and the best part? It's super easy to use, and whenever I've had a question or issue, which has been a number of them since I'm not that tech savvy and tend to overthink, their support team has been incredibly helpful and response time was excellent!

Wow wow wow ! Where do I start ?
I was in complete distress considering my entire business is ran off customization of products !
I contacted the apps contact email, not truly expecting a quick response, or even a response at all… not only did I get a FAST RESPONSE but they agent helping me figured out and FIXED my entire problem ASAP ! I did nothing and the agent did everything after I allowed access to my store ! Thank you so so so much for assisting me and treating my business as your own. I recommended this app to everyone and it is definitely worth the price ! Inexpensive to say the least !

App seems to hit most of the items needed. I understand there are some issues with Shopify API and 3rd-party developers that require some creative work-arounds. The add-on requires additional add-ons to over come these issues.

I've had the app for maybe a week and I have done what it asks me to do. I have the 2.0 theme as suggested and enabled it but nothing changed. I really want to use the app because of its features but nothing seems to work. In the app after choosing a product, I would press the 'Edit Product Options' and it takes me to the product and I see the same button on their and it just leads me back to the app.

i will be honest, at the start i totally thought they will not answer me or it will take a while or they will actually never answer and such for having the app not showing on the store .

BUT i was shocked on how fast they answered and how friendly there customer support is .

i highly recommend using the app for anyone who wants additional options for products to use this, its a life savor !
