Unfortunately I couldn't get it to work. I was testing with one product but then the app changes the interface for ALL products. Tried going back to default setting with no success other than deleting the app itself. Customer support sent me a bunch of links to help pages, which made it even more confusing to pinpoint the problem.

Everything works fine, I love it. But has some bugs, product prices are not transferred to the checkout page. Help me please!!!

Ultimately, I couldn't use this app, but I see a lot of great value for other stores out there, and man oh man, the customer service I received was fantastic!
They generated the charge immediately, they did not give me 14 days to check if it complies with what I require, and with the first revision it does not comply, I require my refund
I contacted Shopify and they issued you a refund.
We also updated our app to give a cumulative 14 day trial. So now if someone installs the app for one day last year and installs again they will have 13 days left on their trial.
You had previously installed our app last year and used up your free trial, so that is the reason why you were charged. That's how our previous system worked, giving a 14 day trial from the first day you installed.

I just checked and it looks like Paypal or Shopify fixed the issue you were having with paypal and draft orders.
I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. We did everything in our power to notify Shopify and Paypal about the issue to have them fix this as quickly as possible.

It is very hard to understand your product before I even start. On one had it says you won't be charged until you upgrade, then it says you have a 14 day trial after which it will be $9.99? Which one is it?
Update: We just updated our app :) You will now be allowed to use our app for free with unlimited product options on one product. We also still offer the app completely free to anyone on a development store.

Our app is free for development stores and merchants that are on a Shopify Trial and not on a paid plan for Shopify.
If you are on a paid Shopify Plan then we have a 14-day trial to test out the app before paying for the app subscription.

Listing is misleading. There is NOT a free plan once you download the app. Starts at $8.99 with a 14 day "free trial".

Old reply: Hi Appalachian Bittersweet, the app is free for development stores and any store on a Shopify trial as stated in the Pricing section of the app listing. I can see how this can be a little confusing. I am sorry about that.
Our app has a free 14-day trial for you to test out the app and see if it is a good fit for you before paying anything. We have over 17,000 happy customers that think the price is worth it for all the amazing functionality our app brings to their store :)
