No good for international orders. They used to be really good with great support, but now with rising shipping costs and VAT rules for Europe and the UK it's no longer worth it. Not all their facility's can give the IOSS number needed by couriers to ship to Europe or the UK so customers may get charged customs fees and it causes big delays with orders. This is not a problem with other POD companies that I use. My last order from Etsy came in over 2 weeks ago and at the time of writing the order still has not been shipped, and it seems that there is nobody at support during the weekends. Sadly I will have to find alternative suppliers if I want to sell outside of the USA.
I genuinely apologize for the hiccups with our international shipping. Good news: we're actively exploring more options, including introducing FedEx International Connect. Plus, I've been in touch with the facilities about the IOSS numbers and am doing my best to ensure they're accepted. Also, we're in talks with our main printing partner, who has centers in the UK and Czech Republic, to offer more of their fantastic products. This means fewer shipments from the US! I truly hope you'll stick with us and allow us another opportunity to make things right for you. Thanks for your understanding!
A lot of orders errors. There must have been an issue where all files were compromised, but almost every time someone orders, I get an error and when inquire about it, they ask me resubmit the file. I'm going to be switching to another drop shipper app.
Been using them for a while and I'm finally cutting them off due to the fact that they will not let me cancel orders and get refunded even after they emailed me saying they are having major printing issues and won't know when they will be able to print my products. Also, they are always slow as molasses. And if they mess up your print, their reprints take even longer. Don't suggest printing flags with them. It will only frustrate you.
Positives:
1) Really really good app! Fantastic process of setup, although you can't easily set every combination.
2) Product came quickly
3) They list the value of multiple tshirts as $10 (total) so that customs doesn't bother charging Canadian customers for importing - nice. Potentially illegal though.
Negatives:
1) Not great email customer service. I think they're still ramping this team up. That said, when I asked for a phone call with a manager, it got a response within a couple of hours. Not a deal breaker.
2) They basically have two tshirt types that are exactly the same but different labels on them. They were really helpful in explaining that I didn't need to pay more for the more expensive tshirt. But I ended up deciding to do so for the perceived value of the product I'd be shipping. Only thing was, they didn't HAVE the expensive one in stock, so rather than contact me and ask what I wanted, they just opted to send MY product out to MY customer on the cheaper shirt.... and charged me the extra buck for the more expensive tshirt. I didn't like them making decisions about my brand that way. To their credit, they immedaitely refunded me 100% when I complained and they said it would never happen again. Not a deal breaker.
3) Their system is really picky about the size of the image. I can understand why it shouldn't be too small, but how can it be too large? Not a deal breaker.
4) Their printing process leaves a smell on the shirts that resembles vinegar. It dissipates after a wash or two, but it's pretty strong coming out of the package. When we ordered a test run of a half-dozen shirts the team in the office complained until we sealed them back up. Not a deal breaker.
4) Their printing process involves making subtle changes to the image to optimize how it looks on a tshirt. In my case, it printed a white background behind the colour ink to make it pop. That might work for other images, but our product is faux-vintage. There are "holes" in the images to represent where the shirt is worn.
Without the holes, the product doesn't look right. Ultimately it was this product incompatibility that caused us to switch to Printful. If it hadn't been the case, I probably would have continued to work with them... and I might work with them on other products. I will update this review as I try that.
Three orders lost in our first month using Teelaunch and when they resend the order, the customer does not receive a new tracking number.
I've been trying to sign up for an acccount but it just keeps "thinking" and never connecting. Shame.
Downloaded the Teelaunch app as I am interested in selling products in my Shopify store, however, I am unable to create an account. It just continues thinking....

I love working with this company. It makes selling print-on-demand so much easier, without the hassle of linking everything through OrderDesk. Their customer service is brilliant. I highly recommend them!

Oh boy, I really wanted to like this app. I downloaded it today, launched 1 product and immediately had issues. With jewelry, they send a text box for customization. Well you can't select the finish until you add the name into this unmarked box. The box is also located just above the add to cart button. Somehow they have it locked down that you cannot change the order of any options for this product. You cannot take the box out, label it or list it first. This is confusing as everything is grayed out until that box is filled. I contacted customer support and was told it was a shopify issue (I spoke to them first) and that I should just put a note in to fill out the box first. I'm sorry I have to just deal with the bad coding? Uh no. This is my business and if you cannot correct something to make it functional, and let's be honest, correct, I don't think we can be in business together. First day 2 hours, waste of time. If they contact me regarding this and fix the issue I will update my review.

Been using Tee Launch for years and would recommend to anyone who hasn't got the funding and physical space to stockpile large quantities of items. On top of an easy-to-use, plug-and-play Shopify app, Tee Launch also has really good customer service. They just recently helped me out big time with an issue and the care was fast, personalized, and crucial.

To all those reading reviews... I want to express how exceptional both the product and customer service at Teelaunch are. I initially ordered some metal art samples and I was pleasantly surprised by the top notch quality. Honestly, I wasn't expecting such an impressive outcome, and I was so thrilled that I couldn't help but show everyone for an entire week how wonderful the product was. However, I did encounter a shipping problem along the way. Luckily, my customer service representative, Anthony, was there to assist me. He was incredibly personable and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. His communication skills were outstanding, and his positive and uplifting attitude made a significant difference. I couldn't have asked for a better partner for my store. I want to extend my gratitude to Teelaunch as a whole, and especially to Anthony!
Chris at Teelaunch was very receptive to an issue I had with their delivery service for pillows. He responded to the feedback and addressed the situation and followed through. Now, you don't find that every day. Nice!
Extremely poor customer service despite multiple emails. Extremely long waits for shipping. Avoid them. There are plenty other POD companies who actually take care of their customers.
A good range of products, my customers are happy and whenever I need help with something the team is quick to sort it out. Thank you!

Teelaunch, I see you updated your response to my review by removing your lie...only after I called you out on it via email. Way to save face. So did I send a vulgar email filled with swearing to Teelaunch? I sure did. One out of a couple dozen is not bad. Yes, I've had to reach out to Teelaunch dozens of times in the past due to bad product they sent me or my customers. I was always cordial, which in turn the Teelaunch representative rarely was. They need lessons in manners and professionalism. After so many screw-ups from Teelaunch, I just about had enough of their incompetences and went off the rails in my email to them. The fact that I did this does not and will not change much with Teelaunch. Most of the problems I have addressed with Teelaunch in the past so many years still exist. I think only one issue I addressed has been addressed. The fact is that they are inconsistent. One may or may not get quality items from Teelaunch. Their quality control department is one I would not be proud of if this were my company. Good luck to you if decide to use Teelaunch. Inspect all sample orders from them and don't assume just because they got it right once, they'll get it right every time. They don't....often.
This is one of those unfortunate situations where the issues were something that could have been sorted out but we had to make the hard decision to protect our employees and discontinue our relationship with this customer.
The emails that were sent from this customer contained a shocking amount of swearing and abusive language. Even when threatened with this negative review we decided that due to his behavior this was a customer we could no longer work with.
Have sold many products in the past with this app, but now Im locked out of my account and orders are not processing. What happened? HELP!!!

I've been with Teelaunch for a couple of years now, and I would never use another POD. Here's why...
1.) After a couple years, I've only had a handful of printing errors (unavoidable in this business), and all of them were promptly replaced and shipped to my customer within 24hrs. (with other PODs I had used prior, bad prints were a common occurrence, and it was like pulling teeth to get a response from customer service in regard to a replacement.)
2.) Customer Service typically responds within minutes or an hour or 2 - depending on the issue. They are always very friendly & knowledgeable, and have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to ensure that things are running smoothly with the app and my store.
3.) The wide range of products allows me to use them for just about everything.
4.) Prices are excellent for the quality of products. Now to address the new app issue. With a complete change in how the app connects to various platforms (shopify & etsy in my case), a few hiccups are to be expected. Any issues I have encountered have been addressed and fixed very quickly. In one instance, having to do with shipping rates, the owner of TeeLaunch even contacted me directly, and the issue was solved on the spot. In regard to some of the other reviews where people are stating that they had no notice of the switch to the new app, it is obvious that they just weren't paying attention, as there were numerous communications as to how to prepare for the switch to the new app, and as stated earlier, the TL customer service team has been very responsive and helpful with any issues/questions that come up. Bottom line: I have used other apps/POD providers. Teelaunch has been the best experience overall, and I do not foresee me using anyone else. I highly recommend TeeLaunch for POD fulfillment. I would rate this a zero if I could. I chose them because they are US-based. Three stores with them and not one order fulfilled, not one customer service reply, nothing. They act as if it is "In Process" but three months later and nothing??? I have had to find alternatives and pay more to maintain my business integrity. Skip these guys.

I can assure you no customer has ever waited 3 months for production and our customer service answers all questions in 48 hours with most responses coming in under 12 since we operate 18 hours a day. So I really think there is a misunderstanding here and I'd really love to clear this up.
Teelaunch is a great print-on-demand app. The customer support replies pretty much instantly. The blankets are awesome quality. The tumblers ship super fast even at the busiest part of Q4. Overall, I'd highly recommend giving teelaunch a shot, they offer a pretty wide variety of products. I haven't tested all of them out yet but the ones that I have, customers have been pleased with the quality. The new app is much faster & user friendly than the old one as well which has been great for workflow.
I am so upset about the latest transaction with Teelaunch. An item was ordered via Etsy on Nov. 17th and didn't ship until the evening of Dec.3rd. I had multiple communications with them up to that point and multiple emails with my customer who was ok with the long processing time as long as they received it by Dec. 5th. The amount of excuses as to why it took so long to produce and ship is a joke. Every email was worse than the last with their addition (it looks like 16 days before shipping but when you factor in all their employees wellness days to them it was just 11 days of processing). They refused to credit me ( I had to refund my irate customer) and then I said fine ship it to me and they went ahead and shipped to the customer anyway which was icing on the cake. I have removed all their products and warn if you are a small business that relies on your own customer service this type of business transaction can really put you in a bind. No one wants to wait for a purchase this long. OH, and if you didn't realize how long the Teelaunch processing times are (because it's not listed with the products) they will send you a blog link that you should have read to find out. SMH.
I am not impressed with teelaunch. Placed an order on 11/22, sat Pending for 3 days until I emailed them. Now 15 days after the order was placed, still sitting in production status. This updated system is a horrible experience. I recommend other POD over this one.
Communication is poor between merchants and developer. Lost entire inventory when I attempted to “update” my app. All the products are still in my store, but they’re no longer in the teelaunch app and if someone buys one, guess what. Nope. Solution: recreate all my inventory one by one. Are you joking?! STAY AWAY! They’re a middleman anyway and in less than 8 hours ive already sourced replacements for many of their items. Of course they’re all cheaper which is great news for me.
We're very sorry that this happened. It was the perfect storm of technical issues edge cases coupled with the craziness that is the 4th quarter. While this issue is unlikely to happen again, and we have a upgrader ready to launch later this month, we are sorry to lose you as a customer and if there is anything I can do please reach out to me directly [email protected] founder @ teelaunch.
Terrible app.They've gotten so many orders wrong that I've had to refund multiple customers. I've lost WAY too much money from this. It doesn't deserve constructive criticism. It deserves to be broken down and rebuilt when the developers get their minds right. It constantly removed products without warning, and a lot of their electronics don't work and break easily. Avoid.
I attempted to use this app to provide my customers with a better product. What I've gotten are headaches with their non-functional app and miss communication from their ingenious customer support team when I try to explain to them their app isn't adding products into my SHOPIFY store, NOT an ETSY store. I reiterated that fact and my problem in 2 different emails and they still failed to understand anything. I'm staying far away.
I’m Christopher, the founder of teelaunch and I thank you for bringing this to my attention. Customer service is difficult for everyone. You don’t like having problems that force you to contact us and we don’t like having you be upset. Some issues are transactional in nature and are easy to solve. You need to cancel an order, no problem give us the order number and we’ll take care of it.
Other issues that are specific to you are more difficult to solve. Part of this comes down to the channels of communication. Email is great for many things but not nuanced technical issues. We’ve taken this feedback under advisement and we're working on a separate channel of technical support that we'll undertake via the phone. It’s our hope that this will reduce the amount of misunderstandings that happen when trying to explain something a bit more difficult via email.

Update:
After I reviewed with 1 star, Founder Christopher contacted me and told me that my issue regarding resizing the design uploading is based on what they like but not what I like. He mentioned I am the only person who has this idea and others are willing to adjust their files into (for example 860x600px) photoshop first before uploading it (Because you can not upload 2000x2000)
Here I see they replied "We are willing to hear and improve, but in the email I received from the founder he said:
(Our app requires our customers to create files specifically for those products, I understand other apps allow you to upload any size file and adjust it to fit the template, but we've found that if the customer takes the time to make it specifically for that product
the end result is better then letting them upload whatever they want and try to make it fit. So while I understand that isn't what you're expecting but that is how it is set up. So I will definitely look into that first bug and try to figure out why it happened and get it fixed. ) This comment was absolutely right from their side but completely destroyed the customer's expectations or suggestions. (even if we call it complaint)
All over I found the conversation between me and the founder kinda bad. Because He was trying to correcting me!!!
And was convincing me that my words and review were bad!!! I feel very very bad and offended. so I will never recommend it to anyone.
Even if I was wrong. the way I am feeling very bad, disappointed, and offended is not random.
I am not here to review badly. this is my second-time review with a bad rate out of around 30 apps I reviewed.

We chatted with Qute Official this morning, his concerns are more about how the app works and how he'd like it work versus it not being functional. The app is completely functional, but we are always open to hearing ways that we can improve.
Just stared using it but excited to see what other products that it can bring me to take my page to a whole other level.

I like the app and the service, too. However it does not load on certain browsers all the time. Pretty sure this will be solved by the team. Also, they have great support ready to help. Shipping times are OK in US, for international not so much. Needs improvement. All in all, a great POD solution.
We've rolled out a new version of our app that solves all these issues with not being able to loaded on certain browser versions. International shipping is very complex post-COVID we are doing everything we can to improve but unfortunately cost can be prohibitive when trying to drastically decrease shipping times, but we welcome your feedback and doing our best to continually improve.
So easy to use. Intuitive interface filled with everything you need and nothing you don't. Allowed me to fill out my online store with a handful of additional items that I don't want to hold in inventory. Keep it up!

I have been using this app for about 5 years and have never had a negative experience. The extremely rare instances when I have needed to open a service ticket, Kristi and the rest of the team have always been professional, timely, and fair. I love how easy it is to do the mugs. But, the 888px x 888px frustrates me. I don't have space to include the brand logo.
This is an excellent, easy to use well supported app. I try to sell as many products as I can with Teelaunch. They also have great branding add-ons, packing slips, etc that are excellent for bringing repeat business. The owner Chris is a great guy and they have an active community on Facebook. Highly recommend!!!
UPDATED REVIEW: Teelaunch did everything to make this right. I was, and my customer, was very satisfied with the result (though it did take a while and some pestering to get the order out.) A second purchase order came in and processed – this new customer left this review: "I am so happy with my purchase! It came out better than I expected and I will definitely be purchasing more in the near future!" OLD REVIEW: The first order placed and it got messed up! Sent the customer 1 out of 2 that were ordered. How does this happen? I am mortified and so disappointed because the product I know is going to be very profitable for me going into Q4. I know they will "make it right" but I don't want this to happen at all. Really nervous and wondering if I should take the product down from my store.
It is alright, everything is so good, and it would be perfect if the shipping costs were a tad lower.
I have used teelaunch for a while now and it is the easiest Print On Demand app I have used to make my store. My designs never look bad because of how organized and strict the creating process is, the app is easy to navigate and organize products on store, and customer service replies very very quickly. 5/5 easy decision.

Getting the width to fill out the specs is a little tricky, but the app works fine, I had no problem using it with Shopify.
I am super impressed with Teelaunch and so are my customers. Creating a product is super easy on their app (platform). When I received an order, payment was seamless, email systems for orders are great and informative. However!! Teelaunch set themselves apart from all the rest when this order was placed on Tuesday, received on Friday in a professional manner. The product was done perfectly. This was the 32 oz. water bottles they just added. My customer literally called me to say how impressed they are!! Anyone in business knows that's not a call you get everyday. I'm so impressed with Teelaunch and look forward to more happy customers!!
I have been using teelaunch for a few months now. I am very happy with thus far. Pricing, quality, ease of use, and customer service has all been great. They are the first place I look when creating a new product. I recommend using them.
This app is super easy to use to create custom products. I am not sure how order fulfillment is going to go yet or payments but I will let you know!
Good: Customer service excels. Replies were always fast (longest it took was 48hours). Great variety of products. Competitive pricing. Very reliable app.
To improve:
1. the user interface is more on the simple side, compared to the competition. You can’t edit products you created in the app, for example, it has to be done on the shopify side. Also the file has to be an exact size in pixels for every product or you won’t be able to upload. So if you wanna use the same design in 5 different products, you have to create 5 different files of five different sizes.
2. Talking specifically about mugs, I wish there were more size options specially for the accent and the black mugs.
3. Also I wish there was an “all around print” option for mugs.
4. I’d appreciate more mockup options on mugs as well.
Overall, don’t get the wrong impression. This is a company worth Doing business with.

Teelaunch has been the only print on demand company that has excelled during this pandemic, customer service replies swiftly, is helpful, if a refund or replacement is required they respond promptly and professionally. Not only that but the products I sell from their company have garnished nothing but 5 star reviews from customers.
App is easy to use. One of the better POD apps I've seen thus far. However, I wish you we're able to upload one file size and have it automatically applied to other items. It seems it would be relatively easy to do based on pixel width. As of now, you have to manually resize and upload images for different products which is tedious and takes forever.
In terms of shipping: For t-shirts, I placed an order very late on June 24th, began 'processing on July 25th, it was finally fulfilled on July 9th and shipped in July 11th. So, it's looking at about 22-23 days from order to delivery currently.
I was hoping the delay was due to the Fourth of July. But I'm testing again with another order which was placed July 6th and has yet to be fulfilled. I'm hoping those times improve to at least under 7 days, otherwise it won't be feasible to use Teelaunch for t-shirts.
On the bright side, their tumblers shipped very fast and are fairly high quality. Latest order was placed on July 6th, fulfilled July 7th and delivered July 10th.
