Today is Feb. 21, 2022. I've made a sample order since Jan. 21, 2022 and my status hasn't changed from "In Production." If I ever get my sample or my order canceled, I'll update this review. Until then, let it be known that this is an app to avoid. UPDATE Feb. 22, 2022: They were swift to respond, and provided insight on my problem. It turns out the product was out of stock but was slated for a delayed delivery. They said I should've received an email about it about 17 days ago (from the time of their response), although I couldn't find that email. Nonetheless, they seem very courteous, so no complaints there. I opted to wait for the product, so I'll provide another update when that expected in-stock date comes around. I'm updating my 1 star review to 3 stars. UPDATE Feb. 25, 2022: I found the missing email. It turns out it was sent to a different email address from the address I was using for my review/complaint. That's forgivable since it was a technical/configuration oversight on my part. In hindsight, we should've verified the address where the email was sent to cause I incorrectly assumed the address I was using was the same one they sent their email to. This happens when Shopify uses one email for accounts, and can use a whole other automatic emails; And within each app, another email can be used all together. It might be easier to have a single location where we manage all emails, and where & how they'll be used... But that's conversation for the Shopify platform itself, not you guys. I'm changing my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. UPDATE Mar. 15, 2022: I received my item yesterday (Mar.14), a little over a week sooner than I was expecting it. Let me tell you, the product pictures didn't do this thing justice. I wish I could post a photo here cause it's pretty awesome. Things go wrong in life, but how you recover says a lot. Great job guys! I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.
I just wanted to provide an update here. The particular product VI BOSS ordered was backordered until late March, we sent an email but it was not received by VI BOSS, but we have communicated with VI BOSS and the minute the product arrives from the port we'll get it printed and shipped to the customer.
We use teelaunch to offer our customers seasonal designs and unique products so we can get quality product out, fast! No need to buy bulk and guess size breakdowns and wait for production time. The DTG is top quality and products are name-brand.
I have been using this app for about two years. Great selection of products. Any time there is an issue I need help with, their customer service has always been prompt to respond & extremely helpful. Kristy is absolutely amazing!
When utilizing a service like Teelaunch, there are important items to consider. Having an integrated app, a large catalog selection, and the manpower/facilities to fulfill & ship orders timely are the first things that are accessed. But one thing that most businesses overlook is how will the company respond to problems?
It is inevitable that mistakes or systems issues will occur, packages will get lost or stolen, and sometimes the product itself will have an error. The key to making it through those rough spots is having a true partner in your business, that cares as much about your customers as you do. That's hard to find in the Print-On-Demand space, and I'm so happy that Chris (the owner) takes this aspect seriously at Teelaunch. I especially want to recognize Anthony, who has been my contact whenever I reach out to support.
As a business owner, I want to know what's happening behind the scenes when there is a problem, because that arms me with facts/information to help my customers. A lot of providers will just give you bare minimum responses, without specific details, and that is not helpful at all. But Anthony will make sure that I know what really happened, and work with me on options to make it right (both for my business and for my customers)! He has even gone so far as to offer me a kind word when I was having a rough, stressful day to help me keep going.
Thank you to Chris, Anthony, and the rest of the Teelaunch staff for offering products that the market wants, and for helping me to grow my family business. And most of all, thank you for being there with me to celebrate the wins, and resolve any issues/concerns when they arise. I'm glad to have you as a partner!
teelaunch is my go-to POD app! Wonderful customer service with fast response time and resolutions - but I hardly ever have to contact them because everything runs so smoothly! The closest thing to set-it-and-forget-it that's out there.
Awesome app! I've been using the Teelaunch app for awhile now and it's awesome. It's so easy to navigate and launch products quickly. They also offer some unique POD products that you won't find elsewhere. All orders are fulfilled in the US (not China!) so shipping to my US customers is super fast!
They have amazing customer service and have always gotten my issues resolved in a speedy process! Great company
I have been using Teelaunch exclusively for my shop for a little over two years now. While there are some bumps once in a while as is to be expected with any POD, they have always worked with me to resolve any issues I encounter. Out of over 1000 orders I have only ever had returns due to customers not expecting the small size of the small blankets (even with dimensions posted). I have since removed the size option and havent had any further issues. I have all 5 star reviews on my Etsy shop, which focuses largely on blankets, and a few pouches, tumblers, tapestries, wall art, and tees. The blankets are extremely high quality and everyone that has touched one or bought one from me has been extremely satisfied. I have done expensive custom pieces for coworkers with nothing but rave reviews. As I said before, during times where there have been hiccups, delays in shipment time or a customer request to change something they weren't fully comfortable with, Kristy and Dave have made sure to resolve the issues for me and respond in a timely fashion. They offer a unique variety of products as well which is awesome. I would say that overall they are an awesome company striving to grow and add new products to their offerings. I see active effort on their part in resolving issues as they arise in quality control and fulfillment times, and a true desire to put out high quality products and make sure customers are happy. As a small business owner new to this business model that would not be able to afford my own equipment and overhead to run such a shop, I am extremely grateful for this company and the possibilities it opens up for me. I have tried Printful as well but the profit margin is so small with their super high prices. Teelaunch makes sure to price so that you can actually make money on your sales. That is a huge plus. Just stay in close communication with your customers if there is an unforseen delay, I have had minimal issues in so doing during the hurricane and shift in production facilities that slowed down orders. I see negative feedback on here but honestly, fulfilling probably thousands of orders a day, there is bound to be an issue here and there for any company, it is all in how they handle the hiccups. They strive to show a pattern of improvement in every area to build a stronger and more useful service as time goes on. I also want to mention their designer Andy is awesome. He answers technical questions and offers helpful feedback even after business hours and literally edited a design for me when I was stuck on an expensive custom order and trying to figure out Photoshop. I cant number the amount of tedious questions he has happily answered as I was learning the ropes and building my shop and trust in the company. He is a another reason I truly love and appreciate this company. Give them a shot.
I have been using Teelaunch ever since I set up my shop and had no issues. I recently had an issue with shipping and a order getting lost in shipping. This was during my busiest season (Thanksgiving and Christmas) and my customer was not happy at all. I contacted Teelaunch along the way and they did everything they could to make it right. I understand not everything can be fixed such as a lost package by USPS. They rectified the issue (on Christmas Eve mind you) and made it right. I really appreciate the customer service they have provided. I will continue to use them to fulfill my orders because of the customer service.

I've worked with teelaunch for almost 2 years and the customer service has always been great. Every product or app issue I've had has been resolved. I would look into this app if you have print-on-demand needs.
