Like one of the reviewers, i have been using this for a couple of years. Then they made an update and I was never notified until one of my orders never processed. I too was told I had to create a new account, only to find that my items i created were no longer in the app, but was assured when an order was placed it would sinc that product. There use to be an easy option once the product was create to push it to Etsy. That is now gone also. It was free and easy to use and now I have to pay for another app that will connect my Shopify items to Etsy. When I downloaded that and got two orders, one of the tumblers on each order was the wrong one...correct on Etsy, wrong in Shopify and TeeLaunch. I was asked if I had changed the SKU's. I haven't touched any of my listings in over a year...SKU's are auto generated...have no reason to touch them unless I intentionally don't want to get orders. Needless to say, the last couple of weeks have been a mess!!!
I really hate to write a bad review on any business but I want to help any other business of making career suicide ..... because if you add this app to your store it will most definitely end up ruining your reputation/ good name.
Shipping takes FOREVER ..... no matter what/when you order.
Once our customers have recieved the long awaited items ...... only to find they are not even correct.
Quality-control .... Not sure if this company has ever hear of the phrase quality control. The items came with the stabilizer on the fronts of some of my customers products .... lucky we do embroidery also and I knew what to tell my customers to do.
Customer Service was email after email = nightmare. You get quick responses and then when they know something is wrong ....... you get NO RESPONSE. Your profits are completely eaten up by time spent on each order.
They offered to resend products which my customer agreed to wait ..... the new products also toooooook FOREVER to receive. I emailed them asking when they would be in and the owner told me that ..... "oh they might be at my house" ..... only 1.5 months after ordering initially. We received the new order and it was WRONG AGAIN .... emailed the owner saying hat didnt come and got a quick response telling me "LOOK INSIDE THE BAG" looked inside the bag only to find out it was the WRONG COLOR ..... now no response.
Communication / Customer Service is completely lacking. Also the products are cheaply made and sent incorrectly with NO quality control.
They also offered to refund me because I ended up having to refund my customer because it took so long. They said they would refund the cost + profits lost (which came straight from the owner) and NOTHING. Which isn't even that big of a deal .... but they are a company who's word means ....... NOTHING!!
Save your customers / yourself the headache.
I would not recommend them ..........!!!!!
Also the design tools are not easy to use ..... you have to have other software in order to create your products (if you are a beginner it may not be the greatest). There are others print on demand companies out there that you can design it right in the app. So the ease of use with the teelaunch app ..... is not the greatest.
I will also add both times I have had the app installed on our multiple sites they have lied about where they are located. Who really cares / why is it that big of a deal.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE PRODUCTION TIME! NASTY NASTY NASTY! These guys changed the turn around time from 5 days to 9 days without telling me! My items primarily sell on eBay so I ended up getting a bunch of shipping defects and now my seller rating has fallen below standard. Anyone who sells on eBay knows this is DEATH to your sales and near impossible to dig yourself out of the hole for a WHOLE YEAR! My sales have dropped 75% because of Teelaunch. Whats worse is that they continue to be non-apologetic about it - they act like it's MY fault! Do yourself a favor and move your stuff over to Gooten. Their CSR's are actually HELPFUL and they use the exact same printers (but ship items MUCH faster). Well worth the extra few dollars you pay for the service! OH YEAH - and Teelaunch still has a small cosmetic bag of mine "in production" for going on 9 days now! Even after I removed all my products from their fulfillment I'm STILL getting screwed!
BE CAREFUL - CHECK THEIR WORK BEFORE PROCEED TO SELL.
Their marketing presentation and the initial set up process are flawless. very easy and convincing... pricing they display are also the best in the market.
BUT. be careful, you never have a chance to check their work since they directly ship a product to a customer.
We decided to place test orders for our staffs (Strongly recommend to do this to avoid the same mistake we made).
1. Shipping method they used from their factory was 'terrible'. The wrapping was terrible, and the shirt/hoodies were jammed in. - it is nearly a professional packing.
2. Most importantly, the design was not printed correctly (it was completely off). we printed 6 samples, The design of it was printed all wrong size, wrong locations. "each shirt" has a slightly different location and size. They do not print according to the design you signed off.
3. The material of the shirts/hoodies are very poor and it is nearly identical to the sample photos. Customers also complained. it has a very strong chemical smell when arrived. (due to prewashed) We use different vendor now and specify the same pre-washed but it does not smell like the one we received from Teelaunch.
4. Customer service is close to none. the only way to get hold of them are 'chatting' in general, and they almost never call you back. we had to call so many times to get hold of a live- person.
Please do not get us wrong. we do not mean to put them in trouble. however, we thought it was fair to share our experience so that you will not have to go through the same experiences we had. We had to contact all customers and asked them if they received the correct design shirt/hoodies. "every customer' replied and said "no" So we issued a full refund to do the right thing.
Good:
They did realize that it was their fault (after we attempted to call, email, chat with them). They simply asked us to show them a proof so we forwarded all customer's messages as well as the photos of the test orders we made.
After 2 months later, they issued a full refund. They are at least honest but they are nearly Pro level that you should not count on.
- Best advice. - Stay away. if you decide to use them for some reasons, make sure you place your own test order so that you know what you are dealing with before you sell it to your own customers.

(there are multiple factories in the US and they do not know which factory your product will be shipped).
You'll be in for a shock if you encounter Dave. Unprofessional, rude and either does not know how to solve issues or refuses to.
Trying to order samples for a store, paid in full upfront per their instructions, now they are refusing to i) fulfil the order ii) refund the 50% (for sample) unless they see screenshots because it does not show in their system. So sent screenshots, even then they claim they now need access to my store to verify the order, because apparently i) their app, ii) their PayPal, iii) our PayPal screenshot iv) the orders screenshot per their request are insufficient.
What a waste of time. Refuse to resolve issues. Obviously not vetted by Shopify.
Highly unprofessional, thieves. Absolutely disgusting.
The customer service for Teelaunch is terrible. Especially if you get Dave. This app is clunky compared to others such as printful.
Please STAY AWAY from this app. Particularly if you have many SKUs; whenever you receive an order, it will require you to manually go to the app, find the order, and select MANUALLY which items belong to teelaunch and which items don't. It's an absolute waste of time. I had to refund my first order and delete the app after a week of trying to fix the app. The customer service is basically useless as well.
I’m Christopher, founder of teelaunch. While critical feedback is heard to hear it’s the only way we can get better, so thank you for leaving this review. While developing our app we wanted to make it easy for people to bring in products to teelaunch that they use to fulfill themselves or with someone else. That is why we created the product linking feature, which lets you link your Shopify products with your teelaunch products for fulfillment. For the vast majority of our customers this is a non-issue as products created in our app are automatically linked and no manual work is necessary to designate products as teelaunch products.
Your use case is a little different. It seems like you either fulfill yourself or through other providers more than a few products. We do have an ignore button that lets the app know that those products are not to be fulfilled by teelaunch but it was created with a smaller number of non-teelaunch products in mind. I’ve been working with the dev team to implement a feature that let you tell the app to ignore all unlinked (non teelaunch products). While this solution is coming too late for you, I appreciate your feedback so now users like you will be able to enjoy the app in the future.
Very disappointing service and very little support. We responded to the email introducing Teelaunch and stated we would like to use it and didn't hear from anyone for nearly a month...and they are the ones who wrote to us first! We had to follow up our own request to hear from someone.
Once we got the app installed and prepared to post products, we realized there is no product information other than color. We both wrote and called trying to find out about fit and fabric weight/materials, and have hear from no one for almost two weeks now.
BE SURE TO REVIEW PERMISSIONS BEFORE INSTALLING
Turnaround times are 5-7 business days *from the time they enter production* which is much longer than average for same product types.
All orders are also placed on mandatory 24 hour hold before being processed, adding further delay.
TeeLaunch is requesting an extremely high level of access & authority which is completely unnecessary and unrelated to their stated function. This includes access to ALL customer data whether related to TeeLaunch orders or not, control over all pages, the ability to create redirects and modify shop coding.
Support's first step was to demand even further control.
I placed three initial orders. The orders were pushed to TeeLaunch and appeared under the orders tab in the app. However, shortly thereafter I received a message insisting that the shop's master fulfillment setting be changed to "Automatic" or the orders would not be processed. Three days after the initial order was placed it still had not progressed from pending to production.
As confirmed with Shopify support, this is not only unnecessary but highly unadvisable. TeeLaunch's API already had authority well beyond what was needed to create products, receive, process and fulfill orders. Further, the only legitimate difference between "Manual" and "Automatic" master fulfillment settings is whether the shop owner/staff need to click 'Request Fullfillment" prior to the order being pushed to the app.
Pressed on the issue, TeeLaunch support staunchly stood by the requirement and refused to fill the orders until it was done.
When the extent of the permissions granted to the app were reviewed, I confronted support about the extremely suspicious degree of access & authority and asked their reasoning.
I received a one sentence response: "I can delete the app."
Strongly advise any shop against installing this app until is reviewed further by Shopify and requested permissions are curtailed to necessary and applicable functionality.
