I had a problem with some coding and Ajani the support tech was amazing. He went out of his way to help me, it is very hard these days to get support like this and it is greatly appreciated. Stky is a great app and the support is just as good.

Great App. Sticky add to cart works with no bugs (we've tested several apps before and experiences miscooperation). Also, this App provides more functions than we expected, like animations that we use regularly (falling Snowflakes when it's winter or Bats flying around when it's Haloween). I waited two full weeks for a solution. The support team kept making promises they never followed through on. After five days of silence, someone finally responded – but instead of checking the bundle I reported, they worked on a completely different one that was already functioning. Then they tried to present that as a “solution”, even though the actual issue hadn’t been touched.

I pointed it out again – and got vague answers and another delay. Then three more days of silence. I constantly had to follow up myself, and all I got were generic replies. They repeatedly said “we’ll get back to you later today” – which only happened once in two weeks.

Worst of all: this is a paid app. Had I not canceled the trial in time, I would’ve been charged for absolutely nothing. Honestly, it felt like they were trying to stall until the trial expired.

I’ve since switched to another app – and the new developer fixed the exact same issue in just 5 minutes. That says it all.

As a solo store owner, I rely on reliable tools and responsive support. Sticky Cart delivered neither. The bug was never fixed, communication was lacking, and the experience was borderline unprofessional.
