We have been using Smile:Loyalty Rewards Program for couple of years in our store. The app is very easy to use and our customers like it very much. Customer service is also top notch as we had an issue with the program and Ezra and Lynn took care of the issue. Ezra especially kept following the issue until it is resolved.

We have been using Smile for our rewards system for many years now and have never had any issues.
The couple of times we have had questions over the years, the staff at Smile have been very helpful and prompt in responding.
Our customers love that they can be rewarded by shopping with us, and cash in points for discounts without needing to wait for a sale.

Excellent app! Increased our customer engagement and customers actually love it! The tiered program is a big plus for our customers. The dashboard is very complete and the features are better than similar apps we tried. Also, the support staff has been a delight to work with. Quick, competent and courteous.

Smile is a great program, though the price is a lot for me as a small business, so I have downgraded back to the free one. I had it for about a year on the paid plan. I would prefer a yearly cost so hopefully once my sales have grown to over 100 orders a month they will have this option.

The helpdesk team are really proactive and responsive.
Programme is fairly easy to set up and integrate
The missing star is because some features are not yet available inc but not limited to - being able to view invoices, being able to edit all assets available, some bugs in the system where uploaded content deletes itself.
Dont think the analytics are that straightforward yet or intuitive
Overall though I would recommend as the team really want you to succeed and give their support whereever and as much as possible and I do think the few remaining bugs will get ironed out.
Do I think this has driven increased loyalty? I am not sure yet as the analytics dont make that easy to monitor BUT I do think the goodwill this creates among customers is worthwhile.
NB extra edit: Since leaving this review, the smile team have been tenacious in resolving some of the issues I had - they really do want to make this a 5 star experience for everyone. I am changing my review from 4 stars to 5 stars as they do deserve the extra star for this alone! A couple of things to note though - still cannot view invoices in the billing section and the reports dont show behaviour of those who are not enrolled to get a clear picture. What I noted from using my own analytics was that so far this scheme has not improved loyalty, but it has improved AOV. And I still maintain that the goodwill it provides to our customers is beneficial. For the cost of the programme vs what smile provides I believe this is good value and I am glad I chose smile over their competitors

We used Smile for a few years now, excellent reward system, easy to set up, manag,e and use for customers. UI and UX are super friendly. Customer Support Shelby was wonderful in helping me with inquiries.

The pricing and lack of features has gotten out of control. We are unsure how Smile calculates the 500 order threshold, but it is not accurate. Beware of the bait and switch for pricing and features that should be included but behind paywalls. You'll be paying $200/month shortly.
We constantly get customer complaints how hard it is to redeem rewards. We have been loyal customers, but it is time to move on and I would bet many are looking for ways out.
