Ok now things seem to be better. After a terrible start, Shopify Bundles Team seems to have fixed the problem.
We've been loosely monitoring the volumes reported in the bundle products and comparing them to the least available product in the bundle and it seems to be stable indeed. Haven't checked all the inventory either.
I won't claim victory immediately, as we previously had the impression the bundles were OK, but were not.
Nonetheless, I'll gladly admit Shopify took the problem seriously and did what needed to be done. Well done. Thanks.
I'll review my review in a few weeks, when stock will get low and problems might arise.

This is a good example of a feature that is 90% on the way to being perfect, but the 10% of functionality that is lacking causes the feature to be unusable. Most themes don't seem to support bundles at all, which leads to sub-optimal experiences like the bundled product pages not being able to show any details of the individual products that make up the bundle! Liquid code doesn't seem to have access to product.bundle_components and theme developers say they won't update their themes to support bundles as it's an external app feature and not a native shopify feature.

This is more of a review of what I was told it would do. In shopping around for a new POS, our Shopify salesperson assured us we could use Bundles as a tool to receive inventory, as our inventory often comes in packs to be broken down. Shopify only allows one barcode, and because we use more than one barcode, one for the item and one for the package, she assured us that we could use this in Stocky to receive bundled merch. It was a lie. But she did sell us on Shopify POS. I really wish we had gone with someone else.
Super easy way for me to create bundles out of my existing inventory. I have none of the issues from the other reviews maybe because I do have on the product option to sell even if out of stock.
You can't create a direct-to-checkout link for a Bundle.
Shopify's own products, both of them. And yet, impossible. So you must send your customers to the Bundle home page, and from there they do the 'add to cart' thing.
Why? Why why why. Whhhyyyyyyy. It's a computer. They can do anything. Just make it do this.
The limits are to great to consider this app.
You can only have 3 variants or 100 options.
For stores with large bundle options, this doesn't make sense for " large catalogs".
It's not a product page so I cant push bundles to other platforms, so google shopping, amazon or ebay I cant sell the same " kit/bundle"
Good idea, but not what consuming like us need by the reviews.

It works really well. BUT the bundles cant be exported to google shopping, facebook and so on, which does that you really cant use this app if bundels are important.

The app will show the bundles as OUT OF STOCK on Collection pages if you don't select the option to "sell when it's out of stock"... It means you CAN'T MANAGE THE STOCK!! I lost 3 days trying to solve the issue with SUPPORT TEAM, but was useless... Ridiculous!!!!
The idea is great to combine individual SKU's into bundles but the app works only when both the individual SKU's are showing same qty. Even 1 sku goes down by 1 number, the bundle shows that combo as not available instead of showing the minimum available qty of any sku in the bundle as the combo qty.
Hope this is sorted out. Uninstalled as it lead to our combo's showing out of stock most of time.

Bundles don't work with my theme anymore. They used to work with the theme before the latest Shopify update in December. Shopify won't support it by fixing the issues and says it's my theme's problem, effectively saying we have to hire a developer to make our theme work with this app, basically a no-go. Not really a usable option and not worth the time to test out until Shopify decides to support it.
