I use Shopify/Shogun for my company and I don't have a lot of skills in website.
Although, the team is really responsive and patient toward with me for all of my questions,concerns that I have.
I worked with Sweetan a lot and Leah and they are both very kind to help me with my problems.

I am in awe with how quickly the support team responds to my questions every single time! Whether my questions are large or small, they take the time to answer me in a way that I can understand and carry on with my designing! So thankful for this support staff and the way they respond in such a timely manner!
