I must say that you need to be quite technical to complete the setup yourself. However, I get step-by-step support from Charlie, and he is patient, problem-solving, and has a nice tone. So, 10 out of 10 stars for customer support! I am still in the set up stage, however I hope all the work will be worth it :)

We ran into a tricky situation migrating our ReferralCandy account from WooCommerce to Shopify. Our initial developer didn't set things up correctly, which left us with a lot of confusion. I contacted Irene from the customer service team asking about why my advocate was not receiving her rewards. Within a 1 minute, she was able to investigate and share me screenshots to fix the issues very quickly . Turns out the advocate had not exceeded her referral review period. She is patient and extremely helpful, if i could give her a review, it'd be 10 out of 10 for reviews.
