Charlie was personable and patient while helping me with my many questions with launching an affiliate campaign. He made sure my problem was resolved and checked multiple times to ensure that I didn't have any other issues. Quick setup, professional templates and flexible rewards make this a great value referral app. Analytics could be stronger and mobile interface needs work, but the ROI is excellent for small/mid-sized businesses without development resources. Jessa was super helpful!

Customer support has been above and beyond. Overall, the app works as advertised. Has some quirks and limitations (especially the API), but how willing the team is to work with you to solve the problems makes a massive difference. Very excited to start & scale our referral program with this tool!
