I'm just starting out with Referral Candy. Lariza from their customer success team is absolutley amazing. I would not still be on the app without Riz's help. The app seems like it meeds my needs, Lariza's support is what's making me stay!

I must say that you need to be quite technical to complete the setup yourself. However, I get step-by-step support from Charlie, and he is patient, problem-solving, and has a nice tone. So, 10 out of 10 stars for customer support! I am still in the set up stage, however I hope all the work will be worth it :)

Incredible Support from Kevin and the ReferralCandy Team!
We ran into a tricky situation migrating our ReferralCandy account from WooCommerce to Shopify. Our initial developer didn't set things up correctly, which left us with a lot of confusion. Fortunately, Kevin from the ReferralCandy team stepped in and, along with their engineering team, saved the day!
Kevin was incredibly responsive and patient throughout the process, helping us remove incorrect information and correctly migrate our existing account. Their dedication and expertise made what could have been a frustrating experience seamless.

I contacted Irene from the customer service team asking about why my advocate was not receiving her rewards. Within a 1 minute, she was able to investigate and share me screenshots to fix the issues very quickly . Turns out the advocate had not exceeded her referral review period. She is patient and extremely helpful, if i could give her a review, it'd be 10 out of 10 for reviews.
