Recomatic works very very well. Daniel proactively reached out to make sure our setup was working well for us. I happened to have one question relating to translations and Daniel solved my issue promptly with a very clear explanation. Zero complaints from us, and we recommend the app!

Daniel has been great and helped me with a few customizations. When it comes to apps, having good support is key and recomatic didn't disappoint. I can't comment on app performance yet (I installed it very recently) but kudos to the app support. The app looks very neat as well and totally matches my theme! Definitely worth a try! Update: this app's algorithm is fantastic. I have been using it for almost a year now. Recommendations are very close to what they should be. The design is flawless and Daniel is simply amazing providing support.

Awesome support + simple to use + magically great product recommendations. This app just nails it, and should be the benchmark for other app developers.

Daniel customized Recomatic to match my theme (and made improvements to the image layout), plus integrated Flair badges for $0. The product recommendations are so good that products with specific geometric patterns (rugs, for example) are accurately detected, and the related products also have similar patterns. I haven't tagged these products with any pattern data, so Recomatic must be using some type of image analysis in its algorithm.

Hello, For me It' s a better app for recomented products on shopify, go test. Very easy and a support is nice.

Great app, getting them to set it up for me took no time at all and they adjusted the style to fit perfectly with the rest of my site.

The app does exactly as described. I am not too savvy with coding and chose to get help from the team behind Recomatic. They had the app installed and ready to go within a day. I also made some changes in my theme, and the team was once again really quick to implement the same changes in the app.

The price seems excessive for the functionality offered. For the moment I will have to leave it until I have enough budget to install it and try it again.

I would recommend this app especially if you have plenty of SKU's or sell across different product categories. The recommendation algorithm is pretty impressive and I really like the additional recommendations in the checkout cart.

I've seen some ROI from it and hope to see more, though from the number of clicks on the items recommended in this app, I am certain it increases time spent on website which ultimately increases your chance of a higher purchase conversion rate even if they didn't directly buy what was recommended by this app.

Support is un-paralleled. Daniel is super responsive with extremely clear communication. They fixed all integration and design compatibility with my Turbo theme. It didn't quite integrate with my theme on mobile and they fixed it and created a carousel version of it and it now looks great - and this was just during my trial period. If you're worried about it integrating with your theme, don't - as the support theme will fix it.

They have a generous trial period and I would recommend you give it a try!

Good app and seems to convert well. The only complaint is that the analytics are not very in-depth. Would like to see more than just how many clicks occur each day and monthly revenue generated. Would like to see which recommendations are being clicked, which products are generating the best ROI etc.

We've been using Recomatic for over a year now; it's a great app. Easy to setup, recommendations convert well, there's good reporting, and support is superb!

The app works great. We're able to track the clicks associated with the app's recommendations. Most importantly, it's producing recommendations we ourselves would make to clients. And Daniel was SUPER helpful assisting with the setting up with our shop, as we had a few minor design issues to iron out. It's been a really positive experience.

I have 3 stores and ALL of my stores has recomatic installed. I've have been with recomatic since day 1 and will continue with them going forward. They have the fastest customer service turnaround time and it simply works. Sure, there are other review apps out there, but they just don't add up.

I started using recommatic when I opened my online toy shop in June 2014, and I've been happy with the app so far. I don't have a lot of sales data but recommatic is still able to make relevant recommendations for my customers. This is the only paid app I currently use. It's expensive, but I feel it's worth it to have solid recommendation functionality that I don't have to babysit.

Wow, I am so impressed with the awesome customer service on this app. Daniel is amazing, he answered our questions quickly and then worked closely with our programmer to make the Recomatic app work for us. (Our suggested products show up as different thumbnail sizes - squares and rectangles - and Recomatic allowed us to customize the suggested products into both sizes so the thumbnails weren't skewed).
I am impressed by the flexibility of the app and by the immediate and high quality customer service.

After extensively testing most of the extensions on the market for a sophisticated product recommendation framework, this one is by far the best option available out there for Shopify. As the UI/UX Designer for Herschel Supply's two online stores, I have employed the app for almost a year without ever looking back. Its integration is seamless, the analytics reveal heavy customer usage, and the support is just incredible — with Daniel frequently going above and beyond his call of duty. Overall, highly recommended!
