[EDIT] I do want to update to say that the customer service and team behind the app is wonderful! They responded almost immediately to my review with a "fix" of sorts to the issue I was experiencing with saving. Once I got my quiz updated and the finished product on my site, it really is very impressive. The app itself is very intuitive and user friendly, so overall I am very pleased and do recommend you try it out.
[OLD REVIEW] 3/5 It's a powerful app and I think it will be great, only downside is saving your quiz as you work on it...It doesn't always save and that means I have to re-do sections and re-link products several times. I even give it a few minutes, as the app suggests, but it still won't be saved or will somehow revert back to an older version. It's tedious enough that it really takes away from the app overall, I'm sorry to say.

This app seems to be pretty functional. However, it doesn't let me upload photos, just says it's loading forever, and keeps behaving a bit glitchy in other places. It is difficult to see product matching when you have lots of products bc the drop down menu is a bit small. Hoping someone from support can help us out!

The app is really well thought out and I was able to get exactly the quiz I wanted fairly quickly. It would have taken a lot longer to sort this out otherwise. The best part though is the support team who respond mega quickly which helps us entrepreneurs to keep things moving. That is very much appreciated. Thanks for all your efforts!

We use the quiz to recommend products to our customers that suit them. The app has an excellent interface, everything is very clear and can be found with just a few clicks. In just a few steps you have the basis for your quiz, which can also be easily modified with custom css. We love it!

Great app, very easy to set up, it's an amazing way to grow your contact list. The fact that you can add different tags for each answer of the quiz is a game changer once you've linked the quiz to your CRM app. It allows some serious segmentation ! I cant get past the results page its very confusing and glitchy. I tried to get contact customer service while I was working it it but there is no chat available only email. Im going to look for an easier app to use.

I took the freedom to test out your quiz and the result page seems to be working fine. I believe the cause of the issue you're experiencing is that the quiz isn't published on your store yet.
I've sent a follow-up message to your email with instructions on how to publish the quiz on your store and a screenshot of the results page integrating seamlessly with your Shopify cart.
Please let us know, however, if you see something unusual in your end and we'll be more than happy to take a look.

I love this app! It is easy to use with a great user interface. If the design settings isn't enough, you can always make custom CSS. The customer service team is also very helpful and respond very quickly.

So far I have only had positive experiences with the RevenueHunt apps and team. Customer service is AWESOME!!! I love the Product Recommendation Quiz app...works perfect and is relatively easy to use. Additionally, all the apps I've used work perfectly, with little to no problems. Any tiny issues I've had have been solved within minutes. I will continue to use. Awesome job and awesome apps! Easily 5 stars!

This app is great! I am not the most tech savvy person & had some trouble setting up my quiz. However, the customer support team has been more than helpful in assisting me, and promptly at that! I am not sure if it could be a little more user friendly or if it's just me. Either way, the problems were solved thanks to the support team! I used this app to help my customers choose the right meal bundles for their babies. I was burned out at first because I did not know how to use the available functions in the app. Without hesitating, the staff walked me through the process and even actively helped me create a draft. While Product Hunt is designed for product recommendations (and works well with Shopify as a product rec tool), we actually use this app as an information intake form, and it's one of the few apps available that has incredibly robust survey capabilities. We've had a great experience so far, and best of all, the support team has been incredibly responsive and timely with any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend!

This app is amazing! I did try some other options originally for my skincare business and none of them gave me the flexibility that this App does. Great job Product Recommendation Quiz. I would highly recommend this App. Also, comparing to other Apps that I have used (there have been two others over time), the support that Product Recommendation Quiz provides is excellent and very helpful. They have gone above and beyond every time I have contacted regarding this App with technical questions.

I was amazed by the how efficient the customer service team is, even though it is not a live chat, but they respond so quick even faster than other live chat services! They provide clear guidance and solve my issues on the spot!
The only thing is that once you take the free 30 trial, you cannot go back to free version if the quiz responses reached higher than 100, so you need to pay, even if it was a "free trial".

Here's what we can do to make it up to you: we've increased your Basic Plan current plan's responses limit to 1000 per month, this way you don't have to upgrade to the Pro Plan. Would that work for you?
