SC Product Options

Had a couple of small issues, but the team is very on top of getting them resolved. Works well and greater service!

Customer service is fantastic (shout out to Lina) if you have an issue they will fix it on the spot

Every app has its nuances and some are horrible, but SC Product Options is much more robust than I first understood. I just finished setting it up. I had difficulties with some things and the customer service staff were always ready to help. Not all were as proficient as I needed but they were committed and we resolved all my problems. A big shout out to Cristian who really went the extra mile to troubleshoot and correct problems.

We had some bad code and other issues and have a complicated set of products and options to deal with. I was able to spend so much time with the support team it really helped.

Muaza was listed as the last rep and was able to assist in locating some bad code that was not part of thier app but appeared to be.

The learning curve is there but once you get it the app is very robust.

Great product, very useful for all your product options. A little hard to understand at first, but they have great support which will get you setup and going. Once you understand how it works, it's very easy to use. I've been using it for 3 years now and I'm still very happy with it.

Product Options works great when you need to ask customers for extra fields information when selling items. We've been using it production for several years now. Product support is both responsive and helpful to assist with product updates. Highly Recommended.

Great app. It is easy to use and when I have run into a challenge I just open a chat and the support team looks right into it and fixes any challenges I am having with integration or function. Would highly recommend. I feel that it makes my options on my site user friendly and appealing.
