Staff was extremely helpful and responsive. I needed help moving options around our add to cart button. Within 20 minutes of my request the change was implemented and they also taught me how to do it for future reference.

We have used this app for several years and it has solved our issues for products with large numbers of variants. We recently had a problem with updating prices on an Option Set created several years ago. Nicholas and Sanjey were super helpful, quick to respond and solved our issues. Highly reccommend!

I have been a loyal user of Bold Options for over 4 years, and during that time, it was a reliable and effective tool for my store. However, my recent experience with their service has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.

The trouble began when I decided to refresh my store with a new theme. Contacting Shop Circle to help with the app installation on the new theme was where the problems started. It became apparent that the transition to Shop Circle has significantly impacted the competence and efficiency of their support team.

I reached out to the support team, specifically contacting Khushbu, Jeff, Nisha, and Nicholas, hoping for a prompt and effective resolution. However, the support I received was not only horrendously slow but also unhelpful , all of them said that they were working on it and will contact me when fix, but they never did.

The inability of the support team to address and resolve the issues I've encountered has left me with no choice but to explore alternative solutions for my store.

For those seeking a dependable solution, it might be worth considering alternatives that can offer the level of service and assistance needed to navigate the evolving landscape of e-commerce.

I have used the app for years and it works really well for my store's needs. I recently had some order details not come through, used the online chat and spoke with Jeff who discovered the issue quickly and then fixed it for me. The problem was the Shop Pay checkout that Shopify added. Great experience overall with this app.

The App itself has a lot of functions but is very complicated at first to understand. But the Support-Team (especially Nisha) helped me to solve some major issues. Give Nisha a payment raise!!! She is the best

rest is what we need.

Look behind just an option selection app for your product...i can create an entire menu with this app. you can choose each ingredient ...what I'm trying to say is that it's more than just an option for your products ..

I've downloaded literally every single Product Customization app out there (literally EVERY one) and Bold Options really stands out because of their excellent customer service. They are without a doubt the only ones that will take the time to really make this an app a fit for your store. They helped build several completely custom codes for my store that I would have otherwise had to hire a developer for. No other app as ever helped me like this - even for a very very simple modification, all the other apps I worked with said that that was out of their capabilities and I had to find a developer to help with. Not only does that obviously save on costs but it also helps fast track the whole process because if you have past experience with developers, you know that it's usually very slow.

I've worked with several customer service agents here who have all been great but most recently I worked with Nisha who was able to actual make code edits on the spot while I was on chat support with her which was amazing customer support. Truly exceptional customer service!

Extremely disappointed to see this app that was once was very reliable and provided excellent support go down the drain now that they have transitioned to Shop Circle. I would warn any new merchant to stay away from this app now. We have been using it for years without issue, however within a short span we have run into numerous issues, including not charging our customers correctly at checkout, as well ass the app team taking it upon themselves to completely change our settings without notifying us so that our store was displaying (and charging) incorrect information. Not only this, the support has been horrendously slow, unhelpful and ultimately unable to resolve any of the issues we have been having in a timely manner. Quite a shame but we will have no choice but to look elsewhere for a more reliable solution.

We have loved using the Bold Product Options app along with our Shopify store. It has given us the ability to add additional options for products to our website. It has been great to make the shopping experience better for our customers.

The customer service is always great. Deelen helped me figure out the issue we were having and walked me through step by step on how to fix the issue. They continued to help me even though I didn't know what I was doing and made sure our store was running correctly.

Dan has also been fantastic. He reached out to me when I stated that there were things I would change about the app and he has helped make sure those changes were made.
I am so thankful for the support they provide.

Let me tell you - the customer service is exceptional! I used other apps that didn't work and then I got here. Customer rep Jeff answered any question I had, and very quickly I should add. I wasn't waiting 5 minutes in between each question for an answer, I got my answers in under 2 minutes and we were on for over an hour. He walked me through an entire product setup and I already have a product set up with less than a few hours invested into this customized! I can tell you compared to a certain other customizer I was using, this should get 6 stars not 5.

The App allowed us to elegantly implement a quite complicated Ordering process easily, with very little associated development cost. When we had an (unrelated) problem with the website, Deelan resolved the issue very quickly and efficiently. I was really impressed with the speed and level of service provided.
