A certain way to slow your website (just check it on google speed insight to make sure that is really slowing it). We are yet customising the app and trial gone. Spent hours to optimize text on that pop-up and lose it now. Support couldn't help me to just see what I wrote there. Support S*ks. Go away for Klaviyo no way you could compare

Support is super quick and helpful! App is easy to use and helps create very effective email campaigns.

absolutely satisfied with the customer service. Shout out to Emily Milla - the one who has helped me, Emily reply me, clear out my concerns, give me clear answer in a acceptable amount of time (pretty fast tbh). The app is also really easy to use, just mess around with the email and the coupon code, you will find understand the app in like a morning, but if you don't want to figure out yourself, just an email and they will help you. The free plan they have allow you to test out, mess around, get used to the app, therefore it's free plan i think is beginner friendly. I recommend it!
Fantastic text marketing app. Using them as my main texting app in conjunction with my email marketing apps has seen tremendous success for my business. Their customer support was also great and they held my hand along the set up process and quickly answered any questions I had.
Recently had some support with a person named Karol. It was great talking with him as he really showed me on how to start my email automation campaign. I'm going to try and see if Privy would be a good fit for me but with that being said, excellent customer service!

Started with $15 monthly cost and ended in over $30 with no notification of changes. I figure it out when reviewing the bank statements. This is NOT OKAY!!!
It is a pity, since the concept is nice. But the costs are far too high in comparison with the yield. ADVISE: DO NOT USE PRIVY!!
Terrible! Spent 2 hrs building a pop up only to have to start all over because of bugs in their system. Images can't be removed or changed because the corner radius slider overlaps the buttons. Not mobile friendly so don't expect to work on the go unless you carry a computer everywhere you go. How they got so many 5 star reviews blows my mind! Worst app ever. Stay far away from them.
Privy is my go-to!
It is the most user-friendly experience for first-timers and the staff is always very helpful when it comes to creating/updating anything. I always have a pleasant time when reaching out to staff at Privy for help. Definitely worth the price when you sign up for paid services.

Used them once previously and due to a technical error on their side missed out on what I believe would've been a lot of sales. Lots of other services provide what they do, so I will be going elsewhere.
I would highly recommend this Privy app to anybody because the onboarding session that I had was by far the greatest experience. Mel did an awesome job explaining and simplifying how Pop Ups, Emails, & SMS work. Mel made it so easy to understand for someone like me with zero experience, I had fun and really enjoyed every minute of my onboarding experience. Thanks, Mel for all your help!
APP randomly shuts down. We had an entire sale linked to the wheel and it just disappeared on day. Horrible app.
I looked at several email/SMS apps and decided to go with Privy and I am certainly glad I did. The app is easy to use and has so many features. I chose the plan that came with onboarding and that has been fantastic! Jenny, my onboarding coach, has been proactive, helpful, and supportive. It is totally worth the monthly subscription price.

First Andrew is amazing!!! He has helped me tremendously to navigate through this app. He is very patient and knowledgeable so that makes the process easy. He also is very honest so if he’s not sure about something he will definitely let you know. Every since our sessions I have learned the does and don'ts when send emails. The more comfortable I get the more emails I send and I don’t have any issues.. I highly recommend

I have over 12000 mail subscribers. So the monthly subscription to Privy is $165. I emailed to cancel Privy to use another email app. But they still do not cancel the payment subscription and no reply to the mail. In the meantime I was charged another $165. Are you kidding me? Never subscribe. CS also responds roughly to cancellation of subscription. I will formally sue this. Wait.

Our billing team has checked and see that the first emails were answered on our end, but sadly, we never received any replies. I do see that the last email did receive a reply and a refund was honored. If any further help is needed, please email [email protected] and please reference ticket number # 176685.
I wanted to learn how to do pop ups and news letters and this app did just that. It did more than that actually because you get to work with someone who is a professional and although its easy to use they teach you a lot.
The experience after the purchase is incredible. Talk about going above and beyond, they crushed it!

I haven't yet used Privy enough to write a full and extensive review however, from what I have used up to now and what I can see is available is very impressive. In addition to this, the onboard Zoom call that was provided to new members was invaluble.
Seems great so far! Wonderful support! Love how easy it is to create new campaigns depending on the time of year.
So far so good with the app. And the onboarding I received was awesome. Great customer service - the help I received was invaluable!
This app charges based on the number of mailable contacts that are added to your account, even if you aren't using the Privy pop-up to add the contacts. So, your account will continue to grow as they sync any contacts gained by Shopify through sales or sign-ups on your site. We found this out recently when we paused our Privy campaign but then were unexpectedly hit with a price increase because our number of mailable contacts had grown (thanks to Privy pulling Shopify data into our Privy account, completely unbeknownst to us). So even though we weren't using their email capture feature, they still increased their monthly fee... This was not the original terms of service that we agreed to when we started using this app; we have never used it for email or sms, Klaviyo is far superior for that purpose.
The app has been pretty easy to use thus far. The 1x1 training was everything. The only thing I would suggest is they need to slow down a bit. Other than that perfect!!
What a stupid app. I wanted to use it to send welcome emails with 15% off discount code but the minimum time limit is 1 hour. By then the customer is long gone. The developers of this app must be brain dead.
tripled the subscription price without warning me. It seems like an issue for alot of customers. I used to pay 55usd, they increased this without warning to 165usd. When i asked them to cancel my subscription and refund me I was told that this was not possible. don't waste your time cheaper alternatives elsewhere

My overall experience with privy is pretty good. I think they have many unique features, that can be used almost seamlessly! Definitely would recommend it!
