Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

We have been using Privy for some years now - both for pop-ups and emails. I have always found it easy to use and it allows us to grow our email list. Great help from Jose today with few ideas I needed help on.

Privy has been a great tool for our business but even more so is Henry Hakim our account manager. His knowledge, experise, and friendly personality was incredible. He was happy to assist, share key learnings and guide us into expanding our reach while protecting our domain! If you are new to Privy ask to work with Henry! He is the best!!!

Privy has been a great tool to capture new email addresses. But more important than the app itself is the support. I can hop on to get chat support and everyone is super nice! If you don't have Privy, this is a *must add* to your store!

I’m totally not tech savvy and needed a little help so I reached out to support and JOSE hooked me up! He explained how it works and he even went the extra step and did it for me! He explained it so easily that I know I can do it on my own if I want to change anything up but IM GOOD! Customer service is extremely important and they nailed it with having Jose on the team!!!

Some of the quickest customer service I've experienced was from Jose at Privy. We had one minor issue and it was isolated and then rapidly resolved. This app has also helped tremendously with gaining new customers and customer outreach.

Have really enjoyed the app. The support team has been super helpful. I just spent about 35 minutes with Jose helping me through some of the issues I was having. Still early days in my use but highly recommend.
