I have to say, I rarely, if ever, write reviews. This experience was review worthy. Zev is the BEST Customer Service & Onboard Agent I've EVER had. I've been having trouble with setting up my Postscript as it's a brand new Software i'm not familiar with. Zev, quite literally, onboarded me for over an hour, answered all of my annoying questions, and went above and beyond in his pursuit of my satisfaction. He walked me through every detail, waiting for me as I was integrating softwares, and even helped me optimize my Automations I already had in place. He then extended my trial so I can "receive the full experience!"... for 30 days. All I can say is this: the software is incredible, but more than that, the people at the company are incredible. Zev, thank you for your wisdom and charisma. They set the standard for Customer Satisfaction for me.
Porshai from the postscripts team was so helpful. We where not able to log into our app and connect with customers. She found the issue and make another long in for both of our stores while we reach out to shopify to get the issue fixed so we are still able to log in and connect with client. Thank you so much for the help! It was fast and easy
We are happy customers of Postscript since 2019! It's one of our biggest marketing channels. We love SMS marketing because it's so easy & the ROI is huge! I've especially loved working with Tara our dedicated Postscript guru! We meet on a biweekly basis & it's been a huge help. Our SMS sales have significantly increased since working with Tara! It's been great :)
Love this app! Very user-friendly. I love that I can set up not just campaigns but also segments in little to no time. Very friendly and helpful customer service as well.

I was having issues logging into a link for a campaign I was doing. Taylor was so helpful with assisting me. She tried every troubleshooting method to help me. Her customer service was stellar and extremely helpful! Thank you Taylor :)
I have reached out to the PS support team via chat a number of times and have always had an excellent experience. Not only are they friendly and professional, but they are always willing to roll their sleeves up and solve MY issue. I appreciate that. Would recommend.
In the last 30 days, Postscript has generated almost $15K. We've been using them exclusively for text and sms marketing for about 2 months and LOVE LOVE it. So many reason to love it. The integrations with Klaviyo and Recharge are fantastic. Plus the Postscript team reaches out, takes the time to suggest other automations, and sets them up for you. Sean from Customer Service is particularity talented at this.
I started on the lowest subscription but have since bumped up to paying $800 a month....but I'm making $15K and can tell from codes that the attribution is pretty spot on. UPDATE: Jan 5, 2022 - Postscript continues to be an integral part of our marketing. Andrew, my rep, brings me fresh ideas to make my text marketing campaigns really sing. Recently Porshai from support helped me so quickly, I was like, "Whoa". Everything is easy with Postscript. They truly feel like part of the team.
Great app very user friendly. The support team is always there to help. If you are looking for a sms marketing app I highly suggest this one.
