Used this app for years, and then it stopped being able to tell when my orders were shipped, so I couldn't accurately send review requests. (which also were not able to automatically send, so I would have had to manually send them) Reached out numerous times over several weeks and was told it was being "looked in to" but there was never any update on their end. Uninstalled and moved to another app.
Worthless. It was a great app at first, but for almost six months now I have been having problems adding Ali reviews. For six months now I have been contacting these people every two weeks or every month and all they say is:
We understand your frustration, we apologize for the inconvenience, our team is working on it. Can your team not solve this in 6 months? Meanwhile, I pay 20 euros every month. For what? Keep your promises and make sure everything works.
Terrible app. Nothing worked. Multiple errors in validation, integration, Amazon import, Shopify data transfer.

We're sorry for the frustration you experienced. Please note that only account holders have the permissions to make changes to their subscriptions, we cannot just alter someone's subscription.
As soon as you alerted us about the uninstalling button not working, we consulted this with our developer and he fixed the button the same evening. The issue occurred due to the new access scopes of the app not being accepted.
Additionally, we have provided the option to uninstall through the Shopify app menu, which also allows you to cancel the subscription.
We truly apologize for your negative experience with Opinew.
I cannot use the app, it just doesn't load
We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the app not loading. This is definitely not the experience we want for our users.
Sadly, this was a technical issue that we did not have much control of. As of now, we have found a solution that allows you to access the app via the Shopify dashboard again with all of your data.
This was just a temporary issue that won't happen again. You can go back to using Opinew like before!

They dont give me the free plan.
This app used to be decent... Then this past February I realized none of my reviews were syncing. Nothing worked, got nothing but errors. Reached out to support, went back and forth for weeks waiting for an update, finally they say it's Amazon restricting imports. I believe them, the other apps are dealing with it too. But those apps are $25/month, I WAS PAYING $500 for their top plan!!! And who knows how long my reviews weren't syncing for. Nothing was working except my $500/month payment to them. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Get one of the other apps for $25/month that do the SAME THING MAYBE EVEN MORE.

This app has gone downhill fast. Prices have skyrocketed, and they've stripped away features that were part of the base paid package. Now, I have to pay FIVE TIMES MORE just to respond to reviews on my products—a feature that was previously included. This is a blatant cash grab that completely disregards the small businesses Opinew claims to support with said package.
Customer support has become a nightmare. It takes forever to get a response, and when you finally do, the reps act clueless. One even told me there was no record of our previous conversations. I HAD TO INCLUDE SCREENSHOTS OF PREVIOUS MESSAGES BEFORE I GOT SOME HELP. This level of incompetence and disregard for loyal customers is infuriating.

This review gathering feature of this app has been broken for over 4 months, and I wasn't notified, yet they continued to collect money. I can't believe how unethical these people are.
