Fine until you get invoiced, expecting $99 and got nailed with $370 instead because apparently physical Shopify POS locations are counted as "sites". Using the same API to access the same customer information, yet trying to rip people off by charging triple?
Hard pass.

I use the Marsello App to help create a VIP program. It is very easy to install. It does take time to customize your program and the emails, however Marsello has A LOT of ideas, tips and instructions on how to do this. If you can not understand or the issue you have is not mentioned- their customer service is very friendly and timely to respond with a solution.

So far easy to navigate and set up. I’m hoping this helps get sales. I will review again in 30 days!

We've been using this app for the past few months and it's been one of the better decisions we've made! For anyone wondering about using it, go for it! The advice through the demo meetings are genuine and the accessibility if you need help understanding something is reaaally comforting. We currently use the free plan but we are working to grow into the paid plan, because this app is definitely one we want to stick with in the long term! As a micro/small business it also helps make you feel like you are doing things right! Even something as simple as creating conversations with customers around how they use their points, helps boost the standard of our customer service and makes for fun interactions! Love seeing them decide to renew points or save to keep building! Lots of love for Marsello from Sanianitos!!

I used this app to grow my sales and manage my customers. For a new commerce like mine, I was looking for something free but that will still allow me to do a lot of things like follow customers, start and manage my loyalty program, and many more. I found it all in the free plan of this app. I highly recommend

Downloaded for the free version and literally everything was locked. Even customising the copy on the newsletter signup pop-up was blocked! No automation included whatsoever, literally nothing. What a waste of time, they shouldn't even offer a free version if they're going to block everything. Wouldn't even consider paying for any version of Marsello now because of this.

Since we've started working in VEND, Marsello as a customer loyalty tool was the first tool we found and we've stuck with it through this whole time. Most features are easy to access, set up and versatile in use. When our E Commerce store lunched this year, Marsello is the first app we integrated into it as well. Last but not least, the support team is the most helpful wonderful professionals we've had the opportunity to work with.

I have 19 days left to use this app and my abandoned cart emails and previous customer points still have not been added to the system - been already a week + now. Basically my trial with Marsello is me finding all the errors which cannot be resolved with 2-3 days.

I got this app to start a loyalty program, and it is A+ for the loyalty program. I was so surprised to also get email automation that is simple and easy to use - I was using a different email app that was great but complicated. I was so happy to combine everything into this one!

E-mails don't go out when they are scheduled, which is horrible on a day like Thanksgiving! Interface is nice but e-mails not going out are unacceptable. Really wanted to like this app but that's a complete deal breaker.

Kann diese App nur weiterempfehlen. Leichte Installation und schönes Design. Bei dieser App ist eigentlich schon alles vorgegeben und man braucht keine grossen Veränderungen vornehmen, alles vollautomatisiert! Habe schon viele Kunden zurückgewonnen und neue Kunden durch die Treuepunkte behalten.

So far, so good. SUPER easy to set up. Installed with no effort. It covers email marketing, VIP program and cart abandonment, loyalty points.. it's pretty sweet. Customer service has been good. I think I can recommend it so far.

I really researched loyalty programs before deciding on Marsello. I've had this app for three months. It is the only app that I don't go into every month to fix bugs, because it does its job so well without slowing down the site. The customizing of the program is so intricate that it blends with my theme without just appearing as another app addition. Great app Marsello. #winwin

I absolutely love this app. It does it all, is reasonably priced for what it offers, and it's super intuitive to use.

I have cancelled this app but I still need to pay the monthly fee? can you pls tell me why???? This shouldn't be happened. pls don't charge me for anything as I don't use your app anymore. I put it on inactive by 30 July and wasn't available on my website since that time. This is illegal!!!

It just doesn't look professional and looks cheap. I had 1 in 300 visitors even bother using it. Better off going a different route for me

I love the ease this app provides in keeping up with customer spending and rewards in addition the segmenting and email options provided. This app saves so much time and research. It has been a game changer.

I think it's an amazing app. Browsed all features, think they are really smart &sweet. Once my biz is getting better, i think i will definitely use pro version to activated all features. Think they are so useful. It will save a lot of effort for shop owners. At present, i got a lot of traffic, while the bounce rate is pretty high, and no conversion at all. Think these feature will help me a lot

After weeks of researching marketing apps, Marsello answered my questions honestly. Even with some of their features in beta mode, I found them to be one of the best email marketing and loyalty apps for the money. Their tech support is absolutely amazing. I had an issue setting up an one time marketing campaign and I was pleasantly surprised by the response to help solve the issue and the follow up to make sure everything was fine. I highly recommend Marsello for email marketing and your loyalty program.

So far, this is the best email marketing app I've ever used, and I've used several. Marsello provides an all-in-one email marketing suite that allows for highly detailed customization. They're missing a few features, like being able to configure more than one popup form at a time. Overall, the best email marketing suite available, in my opinion. I'll likely be using it for the lifetime of my store.

Marsello really stepped the game up recently. I was super surprised when it recommended to send a fathers day email campaign and THENNNN already had the flow and email template ready! I love how easy it is to read my insights and I plan on using them forever! Also you have your loyalty, email, pop up form all in one.

It's really good that the app charges you only when you get real subscribers, more than 250 if I'm not mistaken. Very user-friendly and fairly priced.

I use this app to set up my loyalty program and as an alternative to Mailchimp for Shopify. I tried other apps but they didn't have the functionality I needed or were too complicated to use. I like how I can use other things like free products and, in my case, planting trees on customer's behalf as rewards instead of just discounts. I am thrilled with Marsello and it just keeps getting better. I really like how more functions are being added all the time and soon it will be my email marketing one-stop-shop. Marsello's customer support is fantastic. Really helpful! I highly recommend this app!
