It does not recognize the variants of each product. I've been figuring this out for a month now but it never gets corrected.

This app doesn't provide anywhere close to what you'd need to implement these integrations smoothly... Barely any proper mapping, import, or export tools for products.
EDIT: In response to the below comment, I would gladly delete this review if I'm wrong. I have been back and forth with your support, and they have told me specifically "The Color and Size variations from Shopify won't sync" and "need to be manually entered". To expect users to manually enter data that already exists in Shopify is simply not using it as "the source of truth" as claimed. Variant options like color and size are critical for the apparel industry and are going to be required for virtually every marketplace integration and the data is literally already in Shopify, but the app won't map it.

Your Shopify Catalog is the source of truth so no requirement to import directly into Marketplace Connect.
We have our bulk edit screen to manage updating multiple listings and our support team is available 24/7.

Horrible support team, very sad to see shopify doesn't care about the users and face so many sync issues. its unbelievable.
The recent update to "Marketplace connect" unfortunately has an unusable interface for my company, and we are forced to find another solution.
Sync doesn't work, tracking numbers don't get updated, and support is useless

Impossible for us to use when variants on our Shopify products have to be mapped to variants on eBay, but eBay categories we sell under don't support variations. Support was not able to help us.

We understand there are some limitations on eBay where certain categories do not support variations. An option to alter the category can often fix this, we have reached out directly to offer further support.

Complete and utter garbage. If you want to create more work and chaos please install this app. Integrations are buggy and do not work at all
The app was full of bugs, all I needed was to connect already existing Shopify products to already existing Amazon listings. It was a nightmare. App would crash if I selected more than 20 products.. after going 10 products at the time some would show as active some as inactive yet none were passing along the inventory information. Shopify said they could not help even though it is a Shopify app, the developer blamed it all on Amazon and nobody was able to fix the issues. Products kept going from inactive to publishing to inactive... then some went to active, and thrn bact to inactive. And to top it off it sends orders info to TaxJar without identifying them as Amazon orders and without the tax information. I would give it zero stars but that is not an option. I went back to Sellbrite, I rather have separate inventories than to deal with so many bugs and slow support than won't actually do anything but blame Amazon.
Signed up to integrate with Target+ after 2 months it still doesn't work. The team is polite but will not give insight into when they will get things working. This doesn't seem to be a priority for them. I don't even know why they offer this integration it it never worked in the first place, they are just wasting everyone's time. Shopify should not allow apps that are not tested and working on their marketplace.
Es ist ganz furchtbar mit dieser App. Seit Wochen klappt nichts und der Kundendienst hat mir falsche Empfehlungen gegeben, was mich viel Geld zum Einstellen, Löschen und erneut Einstellen bei Ebay gekostet hat. Nun habe ich einen Teil hochgeladen, aber es ist nicht synchronisiert und ich verkaufe die Artikel doppelt. Ich muss Bestellungen stornieren, mich entschuldigen und habe unzufriedene Kunden, die sich beschweren. Neu eingestellte Artikel kann ich nicht hochladen. Die "Fachabteilung" ist schon seit Wochen dran und ich werde immer nur vertröstet. Ich solle Geduld haben - aber es passiert gar nichts. Ich habe noch nie so eine katastrophale App gehabt und so einen unfähigen Kundendienst - wenn überhaupt wirklich jemand danach schaut.
