Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

This has been the single best app to help grow our business by providing instant customer feedback and credibility to our site and social accounts. I recently had an issue that our customer service rep, Tal, expertly handled with very fast response times and a quick and direct resolution. I highly recommend Loox to any business.

Review collection is working very well, around 25% response rate which seems to be higher than with our previous app. Supportive staff in case of any questions although there is no realtime chat unfortunately

Thanks to Loox, our website looks very professional with the star ratings and automated emails for reviews. The referral feature is also helpful to channel new customers to our website. The support is top-notch as well. Ken was super helpful in resolving our issues.

Best Review app I have used. I have tried several before and this is the one perfect for my store. Very flexible and easy to use and the reviews can be set in shop sales channels, also social medias. Very useful.

Was looking at another program and then saw a review and Loox app wins hands down for ease of installation, and it works quickly without knowledge of "programming" needed. Love how visual it is and can add pictures and vidoes too, which I will be encouraging my customers to do, and I'm excited to see work.

I am very satisfied with the customer support! I was asking for help to transfer reviews between different stores, and Tal, the Technical Support Engineer has been very patient and nice to help! Without him, I may think to transfer to other review app instead of Loox

Having moved over from Judge.Me because of frustrations with performance and customer service, the difference was immediately apparent with Loox.
