seems fine, the only thing on my wish list is - I wish when viewing a review there was a way to clink on a link that would connect directly to the order that lead to the review. As it is one must scoop up the email and do a copy and paste style search. Other than that it works fine

So far I give it a 4 only do to the initial response time from customer service. I requested assistance and got a response right away, but my case was escalated and I didn’t hear back for days. I needed to make a decision and move forward. However, once I was out into contact with Sara F. And Rotem, they were very helpful and timely in their responses. 5 stars for the reviews already coming in and their assistance, but I do think there is room for improvements based on ability to customize without having to go through support. - so that is why 4 stars.

The app is fine. It can be a little hard to figure out where everything is, but sending a message to customer service is swift (George).

Rigtig god app, der virkelig er mobil og kan gøre en masse af det vi ønsker.

Eneste feature vi kunne ønske os var at man automatisk kunne gruppere produkter ud fra regler, og ikke bare 1 tag. Og at man kunne auto sync anmeldelser udfra andre ting end handle og id, da de to ting meget meget sjældent er ens når man snakker forskellig sproget backends.

Loox c'est top, je le recommande. Facile à utiliser, ils répondent rapidement, le service est bien.

Mais il y a une traduction FR de base qui vraiment est problématique. Il devrait y avoir une pop-up qui nous demande de personnaliser nos mail avant d'envoyer quoi que ce soit.
