Fast response and great service! Solved my custom issue and looks great.

Great appearance and easy to use. Our review conversion has drastically increased switching to Loox from Stamped io.

Loox is excellent in every way. So happy we made the switch. Customers engage really well with the automated email. Currently about 25% of customers are leaving reviews. The ability to add video is also so good.
A very happy customer here. It's also really useful to help mitigate any issues with unhappy customers by highlighting issues that you can act on to help the customer further.
