Simple to use!
I do love this review app as an add-on to Klaviyo email marketing. It's easy to import reviews from other platforms, and create review requests. I don't like that people can leave star ratings without their name attached, though.
Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. People cannot leave star ratings without names -- only verified buyers can leave star ratings and their names are always shown. Also, you can disable this setting and require that all reviews must include text. You can find this setting on https://www.klaviyo.com/reviews/settings/submission-page and under "behavior" of our new editor experience.

Love being able to integrate review collection with my existing Klaviyo flows. I also love that Klaviyo collects star rating reviews without the customer having to leave a text review.
I use Klaviyo for my email flows, but adding reviews in was a Game Changer. I just love having everything in the same place, and I have seen a significant increase in the reviews left by my customers.

Klaviyo is a very good app and relatively easy to use.
Easy to use and have definitely seen a lift in sales from it.
Love this platform and love that the reviews are integrated with Klaviyo now, makes life so easy. But a big kicker is the fact you cant upload images to your review from your mobile (iPhone) saying the format is not accepted. This is a bit of a disappointment as we all know how important photos can be to a review for some products and this is such an obvious thing to have checked when developing! would be 5 starts if not for this issue! I have left messages on the community pages and tried to contact Klavyio multiple times but it seems their customer support is lacking.
