expensive and can't collect reviews from purchasers in a one-off campaign, needs to go through a post purchase flow.

the in email submission would have been great, but couldn't get it to work.

was expecting more from klaviyo especially at their price point

Unable to trial due to instal errors and faulty import. We're klaviyo customers for email/sms and interested in having email/sms with tight reviews integration. For Klaviyo prices and quality expectation this is a let down. The app doesn't appear to be ready for release at all.

App won't connect to store - receive error message when attempting to make initial connection.

Import of Yotpo reviews does not work. Tried multiple times on different sessions. Simply sits on Klaviyo import page. No error message or successful upload.

I've tried to set this up a twice on different days. No issues trying other reviews apps during same time frame.

Not a good sign from Klaviyo considering their pricing and positioning. I really hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

Klaviyo as a company have awful customer service, look at Trust pilot reviews!
The is no phone support and chat support send you links that do not solve the issue. Not much support at all.
Shame as their business model is good but other competitors are getting much better. Look elsewhere for your whole package before signing with Klaviyo for anything!

Unable to sync with Shopify despite uninstalling and re-installing app several times. The message I keep getting is "Something is a amiss..."

Rating this a one star due to the pricing plans. We use Klaviyo for SMS + Email marketing and would have LOVED to use this feature. We currently have Loox at $34.99 a month. The Klaviyo plan we would use would be $90 a month, which can significantly increase to $125 and so forth, based on the orders.

I'm using Judge.me right now and I saw Klaviyo Revies. I thought it would be great to have all in one app and installed it. Unfortunately, I cannot use it since Ukrainian language is not present. So I will either delete it for now or I will just wait till Ukrainian is added. Hope, it won't take too much time.

It's really nice that Klaviyo has reviews now as I trust and really like Klaviyo. The only problem is, the app is really bad. I know it's new but it shouldn't really be released to the public and they charge for it even when it's bad.

For what you get, £25 per month is quite expensive for stores that do over 250 orders per month.

Unable to easy upload review images and review images wasn't uploaded when imported either so I have to go through manually for each.
Unable to edit the star rating text. Currently it says "ratings " next to the stars on product page. All other review apps allow the ability to edit this with ease.
The lack of customisation is disappointing.

I left my previous review app for this as I believed in Klaviyo.

I was very disapointed that I could not translate anything. No point in using this app if your page is not in english.

In general a useful app that offers more options than the standard shopify reviews app. Especially the option to create review-follow-up flows with discounts via Klaviyo is helpful.
However, there are 3 major issues:

1. The design of the star-rating on product page is not adjustable. This is actually a no-go, since the stars look very weird and unprofessional in our theme. There should be any chance to change the look and the size of the stars.

2. There is no chance to change the language of the Integration. We are a German store and it looks unprofessional that our review-section on the product page is all in English.

3. No chance to use our custom font of the store theme.

We hope, that these issues will be fixed quickly and there will be more design options. The current version, especially for the price plan, is not customizable enough.

I have same experience!
"Save your money! Nothing can be translated which also means that you can not change CTA/Buttons. Very limited options to change style, e.g. Font-style, font-size, size of stars." all is true! Do not use this app!

Fantastic app. Easy to integrate with Online Store 2.0 and Klaviyo. Sending review requests is all about sending at the right time. The order delivered trigger makes sure our flows are sending at the right time. We can even filter by location, product, category and more.
