Best ever app I wouldn't be without this invaluable tool. Integrates so well with Shopify, the amount of information I can get about my customers is amazing.

Best emailing tool on the market. Although pretty new to emailing, it was super easy to navigate in the system, set all the flows and campaings. Customer service is great too (I would just switch off Kira, these ai assistants are still more annoying than helping)

I've used Privy, Omnisend in the past and finally migrated to Klaviyo. It's the ultimate Email Solution. Every function you can think out, Klaviyo had make it happen. And the service people are helpful and friendly. 5 Stars! Recommend!

I am using Klaviyo for a longer time already, but have only just started to look deeper into the system and its possibilities. Once you have understood the system, it is easy to go deeper and deeper in order to optimize the newsletters and flows more and more. The support is excellent. Thanks also to Daniela, who helped me so quickly last Saturday! A clear recommendation!

I have been using Klaviyo for over 8 years at this point and am a massive fan. Why? Easy to use, great value for the money, integrates with everything and a stellar support and customer success teams. Look no further!

By far the worst app I have used so far. I am not sure how anyone can give this more than one star.

Too expensive for what you get.
Horrible menue/navigation.
The setup is overcomplicated for no reason.
Even after 2 Klavio experts looked into it, several things are causing problems and are not working properly.
Can't just pause my plan to fix the issues.
The platform is loading very slowly and getting stuck regularly.
It cost us lots of money and we had lots of upset customers.

I had this professionally set up for our business. We had several issues with the system not doing what it was supposed to do.
The first company looked into it and was able to fix some of the issues.
We hired a second Klavio expert who was able to fix a few more, but we were still finding issues where customers get discount emails, follow-up emails, even though they had already completed their purchase.

We tried to pause the plan to fix this - not possible.

We had to delete most of our accounts, which was a nightmare to do with their inefficient system. That should have put us on a free plan until we would have been able to fix the problems, but no, you have to cancel your plan first.
While choosing to cancel our plan only not our account, going through the steps, it deleted our whole account.

$6000 in expert costs of setting up this useless platform - gone!

We used this nightmare for 2 years.

Top-notch customer service. I just spent almost an hour speaking with Julia F. in the help center chat, and she was AMAZING. She was so helpful and thorough with her answers. She helped me solve all the issues that were causing our low deliverability rate, and she even sent me a loom video to help me understand. I now feel so much more confident about sending emails! Thank you, Klaviyo!

Klaviyo fully met my expectations. The app is extremely easy to navigate, and the user interface is clean and intuitive. I was able to set things up quickly and start working with no issues. The only minor hiccup was related to MFA - I had to log in again from a non-primary device, which was a bit unexpected. Other than that, everything works smoothly. Highly recommend!

I've been using Klaviyo for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for email marketing. The automation features are super intuitive, and I love how easy it is to segment audiences for more targeted campaigns. The analytics are also really detailed, making it easy to track performance and adjust strategies. It does take some time to fully explore all the features, but once you get the hang of it, it's a powerful tool. Definitely worth it if you're serious about email marketing!
