Easy to install and works great. Love it! Everyone should be using Justuno.

We've been JU customer for about 18 months - even before we replatformed on Shopify...

JU by far has the most powerful targeting engine; the ability to include or exclude visitors based on geo, logged in, prior interactions, items in cart, referrer source, etc -- yeah other popup services can do some of this, but nobody has it as deep as justuno. Support is fantastic. And they are ALWAYS making it better...

Month after month, extra enhancements that are always welcome. Just discovered that we can use a link or button to fire a subscribe popup. Just like Leadpages! This is powerful stuff.

Great service. I have had a few issues with A/B testing. Could have been our shopify theme.

It's a little complicated, but by far one of the most robust popup software companies.

My only feedback would be to keep pricing low, as I feel I am overpaying for services. Maybe increase the number of impressions per payment tier.

We've been using Justuno self-managed for the better part of the last 7 years, and have been so happy with it. However, moving to Managed Services has been a game-changer for us! We never knew what we were missing, how fully customizable the platform and functions are, what additional functions were available to us that were going unused because we thought they would be too complicated to use, etc. And, to top it all off, our dedicated account manager, Miranda, has been a dream to work with!

Seamless integration with Shopify (we are on Plus), in literally two keystrokes.

There are a lot of marketing add-ons in the Shopify App store, but if you want something that just works, has US based support and customer service, and will be there for you whether you're just starting out/growing, or are a full blown e-comm behemoth, Justuno is the marketing app I'd recommend.

I use Just Uno Plus, the version of the app that comes with a dedicated account manager, which is the best way to be able to take advantage of everything the app can do, she has helped me add exit offers, sets up A/B Testing, popups and all different types of campaigns to help with targeting and increased sales. Originally I thought this is just an app for creating popups, but it offers so much more. Our strategist Miranda has been really helpful at analyzing how to target our audience. I really appreciate the level of support I get from Justuno. Miranda answers our questions quickly, and there is always very quick response time with online chat support as well.

Great that they offer it free to low traffic sites and excellent integration with Shopify.

JustUno is much more than just a pop-up provider. The best way to think of JustUno is like a virtual store assistant who guides your visitors through the store, while understanding who they are, where they came from and what their past history is with your store.

I started with the JustUno standard plan but after realising these guys were really focused on the on-site customer journey I upgraded to JustUno Plus and have got a tonne of value since.

I have regular weekly calls with the super-helpful JustUno experts (shoutout to Olivia!) and they've helped me continually develop and optimise my store. Honestly, I'm really impressed by how each call reveals something else I didn't know could be done before.

Not only have I made ROI many times over, but I've also saved a fortune on development costs and other apps because JustUno can be used in so many clever ways. For example, I've used it to create a mobile app-style navigation banner among other things. I can't recommend JustUno enough!
