I'm just starting to use the app again. Although I'm not happy about the massive price increase, I'm willing to try it.

I can tell that Growave support team is very great, especially response of our query is very quick and perfect!

I am using the free version and it's already awesome with tons of features available. My main purpose for this app is for the reward system and reviews.
Recently, I have encountered a problem with the reviews layout/UI on my store page, the staffs, especially Kani and Janat, they are extremely helpful and had helped me sorted out my concern within two days time.
With that, there's no reason for me not to write a review to praise the support staff and the easy to use, features packed app.

Many thanks to the Growave team and all the support staff, especially Begi for listening carefully to our needs and solving them quickly and perfectly! I will keep using this app consistently! Very friendly for the seller!
And it's very functional, I hope to do some upgrades for the membership section, for example it's a free gift for points redemption, it would be nice to limit the total quantity and realize that out-of-stock products are not redeemed for points, it would be more convenient. I'm sure Growave will improve and upgrade!
