Terrible Customer Service. Issue ongoing for more than a week and still can not see how they are going to resolve their mistake. Continue to ignore basic questions and have failed to take responsibility. Performed updates in google merchant centre without consent and blamed issues on "google errors". Then asked me what the google errors are when they were the ones who said there were errors! Sent communication to an alternative email without consent. They seem to be confused and responses are to deny responsibility rather than resolve the underlying issue, there by continuing to impact the customer.
it is great so far. we contacted the support 2 times. unit_pricing_measure and unit_pricing_base_measure were missing. syncing the products will not read their values from shopify and we need to add them manually in app in bulk editor. it is not fun adding them for +700 products. especially when we can't filter the products based on collection. we needed to copy/paste a lot of titles to find what we want. or filter by category and chose 20 from 100 products to assign the value to. and thank you mr. Tiwari and sorry for wasting your time

Ótimo app, resolve tudo. O único problema é que demorei um pouco para entender como o app funcionava. Ele substitui totalmente o app google e shopping (não deixe ele conectado na shopify se vc tiver o simprosys instalado). Acabou que demorei um pouco para conseguir falar com o suporte ao vivo por que o horário util dele é em um fuso diferente
Somente não esqueçam: O horário de suporte é no fuso da India, o APP é um app com base na India, então fique atento com os horário de chat ao vivo.
I've recently installed Simprosys, and so far its ticking all the boxes. I'm using it for our multi feed creation for our EU Markets (language & currency conversions), and conversion tracking. Setup has been pretty straight forward. I reached out to support for the first time today, and they were prompt and thorough. All-in-all, I'm very happy thus far.
The app is incredibly comprehensive, covering everything I need to optimize my tracking. The support team is top-notch as well, always quick to help with any questions. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their tracking on Shopify!
Product synchronization is timely and accurate. However, the inability to translate English products into other languages (e.g., French, Italian, etc.) may affect multi-country placement on a site
