The thing I don't like about this app is when you publish a new theme (even though it's a copy of your current theme where you have the banner installed) you need to publish it again. But had a lovely experience with Alex today who helped me check if the banner is back on and also gave me a few extra very useful tips about the banner so I greatly appreciate it and therefore give 5 stars. Thanks Alex!

Absolutely incredible experience! The app itself is super intuitive, easy to use, and delivers exactly what it promises. I have been using this app for a number of years (probably nearly 5 years since I opened my website). I haven't had any issues over this time and the banner has been serving it's purpose.

I haven't checked on the settings in this time and something in Shopify suggested I check it and update some settings. After navigating through the steps, I found that the app itself needed updating and it asked me if I would like to "check for compliance". I clicked this and it passed me through to a real person ("Alex"). He was extremely helpful and guided me through the one step that I was missing and two extra steps to improve the customer experience overall.

I also have an issue relating to Shopify stats which turn out could be linked and was given a lot of advice to try and test along with a link with extra help once I have had a chance to watch and see if any of the stats change from the changes I have made today in the settings.

I am only on the free plan currently and would recommend wholeheartedly as I felt like Alex had the time to support and help me regardless. I have had a look at the plus versions as a result and it is something I will consider going forwards should my business need the extra features.

very easy to setup cookie, data & compliance bars, pages, etc. Support has always been quick to provide reviews after any significant changes to the site. The reviews go straight to a real person who walks you through the suggested edits until everything is compliant.

Not sure how much this App is really still needed with the new native privacy features but the support guy Ermis was super nice and helped me with an edge case for Switzerland.

Alex has been a great help on the go to immediately help me be compliant and even provide me with custom css to make the banner look exactly as how we wanted!

Ermis provided incredible service, fast, easy to understand and follow, he did a few things on his own and the rest he suggested for me to do and showed me how to in very easy to follow steps for someone with little understanding of GDPR and everything involved. Very happy!
