I don't understand why there never seems to be enough information for an easy start. Spend more time learning how to run some of these apps that running your store. Will update later.
For some things this works great! For others I am scratching my head as to why it won't. For example, I can take products by vender and add them to a manual collection for use in the tax exclusion zones since for some reason an automatic collection isn't allowed. Works great. But when I want to send an email to a customer that is imported with the tag eBay I am having trouble finding an option to just send a simple email out with a basic text. I have tried using Mail as well but it wants a template and then it adds it to a marketing list but that is not what I want to do. Just a simple email. The last issue is that I have other people adding products and I only want certain vendors products to be available in say Canada. There are options to hide products from channels for example, but nothing to remove the product from a market such as Canada. So you have to remember to select this every time every product any employee adds or it defaults to add it to the Canada market. Very frustrating. Maybe with a few updates this flow app could be really useful. But it is just missing a few variables here and there and functions to be as useful as I was expecting. Seeing as how most of my flows are fixing issues that Shopify has created such as not allowing me to use an auto collection for tax exclusions, I have to use this app. Since they default to add new products to all markets, I need to use a flow to fix it. So really it is annoying that I cannot do what I want to have done.
Exactly what I needed for setting up rules for certain conditions, including fraud, and other conditions. Thank you Shopify!
The intuitive low-code editor makes it easy to build unique automations tailored to my specific needs. Whether it’s inventory management, fraud prevention, or order fulfillment, Flow has me covered.
Update: I will try resetting the notification and hope this resolves the issue. Thank you!
Hi thanks for the review. If Flow cancelled the order, Flow has no control over that email. You can edit the Cancel order email template in the Admin settings, so I'd guess that someone in your shop did that and messed it up. If you can't find the issue, I'd recommend contacting Shopify support. Also, in the future, if you have a Flow question, try over on the community instead of via a review. This doesn't allow a back and forth. https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-flow-app/bd-p/flow
Absolutely brilliant, the new updates are like replacing Zapier and make.com, you can write js and even now do mutations inside app, i mean really good
It is great that this is free and I hoped to get more automated. I set up low on stock we with a level below 20. I get bombarded everyday with advice on low stock for every variant. Stock is low only 3952 in stock
Crazy so have to find another as not stable. Also out of stock for archived products
Hi, sorry you are having trouble. Flow can handle low stock notifications so you clearly have a condition that isn't working as you expect. I recommend checking out templates and we have quite a few for low stock notifications. If you can't figure it out, contact support or the Flow team via the Shopify community here: https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-flow-app/bd-p/flow and we get help you identify the problem.
Nice for simple things, but missing many really useful Triggers and Webhook like Product type or template
Hi, thanks for trying out Flow. It's unclear what kind of trigger you would want for "product type" or "template". If you mean that you want to update those things, Flow can do that using the Send Admin API request action calling "productUpdate".
Quite useful to setup flows.
