Honestly amazing..... it does exactly what it’s supposed to, no fuss. Plus, the team is super friendly and always ready to help.

The tool is very flexible with lots of useful controls that can be used in many parts of the website. I was able to import my reviews from other platforms in a very easy way. Finally, the support on this app is first class. Holden helped fix some issues in a very quick and professional way.

I'm not sure what happened because I had been using this app for a few years. It seems they had a rebranding of some sorts. Everything looks different plus all of the reviews I had have been deleted. I won't be using this app anymore and I cannot and will not recommend this app to anyone moving forward.

It's good

App has been great so far. A little costly for the basic way I use it, but I'm pleased with the amount of reviews it has helped get put to the website from REAL GROWERS Google Flower Stack Attack and check it ouf if you need to see what the reviews look like in real time!

I have used many apps on Shopify to help improve my clients' results, and I must say that Fera has been invaluable in this process. The team at Fera, particularly Holden and Joel, exemplifies the level of service I value—quick, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. This app will always be my first choice for all my website needs.
