We're impressed with Lily's responsiveness; custom features are added quickly, and the support communication is consistently helpful and clear.

This app has changed my whole online store very much for the better. The functionality is excellent and the support is second to none! If there are features missing, you can request they be added. A must have app for any e-tailer who doesn't want to spend £1000's on hiring developers.

EComposer is easy to use, even for a non-creative person like me.
I managed to build an appealing page in just a few hours and publish it.
Best part is, after publishing my new HOME page, the page views per visitor increased with 83%. Cant wait to see what happens when I finish making the other pages.
I did have a few technical issues. But the online support team are fast to answer and fast to fix the issues. I have spoken with 3 different support team members and all 3 of them were very polite and supportive.

Ecomposer is an amazing app that allows anyone, even without technical skills, to easily design a complete website with professional product pages and landing pages. The customer service is very good. We are on a basic plan and get very good tech support and a fast response (within minutes).

Eric and Hana have helped us with a lot of personalised Loom videos to assist in creating the design we want.

My only issue is within the EComposer app within Shopify, I find my computer (which is a MacBook Pro) gets very slow within the building environment. I think a stand alone link within a browser would really help speed this up and reduce the 'clunkiness'.

The app is good for page building and has a lot of features and options. The customer service is also very helpful, and is willing to discuss solutions and even help implement them onto the site - any time of day!
