I'm glad that I've made decision to ask help and information to ecomposer support, ended up being super lucky to have Olivia guiding me through my concerns about creating page, she was simply fantastic. ecomposer itself seems one of the greatest skills that you can develop since it gives you unlimited creativity + an amazing support along the way!

I've used Shogun before, but I prefer EComposer—it's a more complete solution with excellent templates that make building Shopify pages easy. It works seamlessly with The4 themes I use, and if you've used other builders, you'll find it intuitive.

What truly sets EComposer apart is its outstanding real-time support. Every time I needed help, I got immediate responses—not just once, but multiple times. They even provide video guides to walk you through issues.

For small businesses, this level of support is a game-changer. Highly recommended!

The customer service is very good. We are on a basic plan and get very good tech support and a fast response (within minutes).

Eric and Hana have helped us with a lot of personalised Loom videos to assist in creating the design we want.

My only issue is within the EComposer app within Shopify, I find my computer (which is a MacBook Pro) gets very slow within the building environment. I think a stand alone link within a browser would really help speed this up and reduce the 'clunkiness'.

The app is a bit complicated to use and learn. BUT the chat assistance is always there AND show you to do whatever you need help with. The chat assistance will send a step-by-step recording or detailed instructions. of how to do whatever you are struggling with. My assistant was Hana!!!!! Love her!! Thanks.

This app has been so helpful with allowing us to create beautiful Shopify pages without the need to hire a developer! The interface is super user friendly, and their support system is incredible! Caroline chatted with me for hours to help get all my questions answered and issues resolved!

This shopify app is great I reccomend shopify+ecomposer over wix and all those other platform building websites because of the templates and how easily you can use them to create an amazing looking page, jade is super helpful with the support team and was able to help me make my site look top-quality

The easiest editor app to build functional and UX led pages with very good instant customer service. I've had a few hiccups along the way due to my lack of knowledge in little things like problems with adding my insta feed the help on live chat was instant and resolved straight away using a method I would have no idea about without endless googling. I can't think of a better website builder for beginners, I use it for all my landing pages, blog and blog post templates!

You can easily create pages based on a no-code platform.
It’s especially nice that they kindly explain things when you have questions while using it.

I have only been using this page builder for a few days now, and it has been really good, easy to navigate, and offers a lot of features even on the free plan compared to other page builders. Customer service is also excellent; Jade has helped me resolve a few issues on my end, and these were resolved very quickly. I definitely recommend using this page builder if you're just starting out!

Olivia and the support team at Ecomposer is great. This is the best page builder by far. There is a short learning curve in understanding how the tool operates, but I have used several similar products and EComposer is absolutely the best due to it's design and integration capabilities. Support team is always extremely responsive and helpful.
