I had a little doubt about some details on Paypal and Leah helped me and clarified it! She is very nice and answers in a satisfying way.
I wish the processing time was less than 3 - 5 days we could scale quickly, but for the rest I like everything about CJ!

this app for order fulfilment is the best i have ever used! The cost of goods is extremely low and the customer service is impeccable especially Sini and Leah. The only reason i am giving it 4 stars is because the shipping + processing times are quite long (20 days ish) but still better than most other fulfilment company's.
Super app, only one star deducted because the search function isn't optimal. Otherwise, a super fast and helpful service. Available at any time. Praise and thanks to Ruth for the support. I definitely recommend the app.

Haven't completely understood why there's an address error issue when orders have been made via TikTok shop each time, but kribee Huang has been very helpful for me to understand the whole process of fulfilling orders and navigate through the app. Thank you :)

J'aime la plateforme, car il est tout-en-un et il y a une équipe active pour répondre aux questions. Mais je trouve un peu complexe l'ajout de produit dans la boutique et aussi la suppression de certains produits, notamment POD enregistré dans mon espace personnel.

The app may be difficult to use at first and I had a hard time learning to use it, but with time you can get the hang of it and overall I can say it is a good app and service. Linda, and other staff have been very helpful.
The main issue I've had is that CJ may have a product listed, but that product may be actually unavailable. You find out when you go to order your first order or after several orders for that product, and all of a sudden they tell you that the product is no longer available and that there is another "similar" product. But the reality is that the customers do not want something "similar", they want the product they ordered. So, first confirm the availability before selling a product.
