T Lab ‑ AI Language Translate

Have been using this translate app for a while now, never had any issue.
Then I had a request for customization that needed coding knowledge I lack and their support / dev team helped me very quickly.

Really great app! Translation works super well and setup was easy. Support is super friendly an replies fast. Totally happy - perfect if you need a multilingual store!

We have contacted the support team at T Lab twice now and on both occasions they replied almost instantly. Today Stoycho helped me resolve something within 10 minutes which I had been trying to do all morning. He is fast in responding and so helpful.
This translation app is just excellent in every way.

I've been using this app for many months now. It can take some time to get completely used to how it works but luckily the support is top notch. I have used the support chat over 30 times I believe and have been helped immensely by Stoycho and the other support members. I recommend this app for everyone who wants his/her website translated to many different languages. Once you get the hang of it it becomes really easy to use.

Did you know that you can increase your traffic just by translating your current products? If your store serve audiences on different countries, or if you want to reach a larger audience by including an additional language, T Lab is your app. The interfase is really easy to understand and their pricing is fair, while other apps charge you by word, they charge by products, so you can control your cost more easily. I have been working with T Lab for more than a year and this app is absolutely great. And if you have any issues they always reply your requests on the chat or via email. I have used support 2 or 3 times and they always respond. Ai Translations also work great, just minor tweaks required here and there if you need to adapt some words, but overall works great.

Previously, we used other third-party apps, but due to higher costs and limitations that required frequent upgrades, along with a negative impact on our SEO ranking (related to URL structure), we started looking for an alternative.

I'm glad to have found T-Labs as a potential solution. We first tested the free version before upgrading to the paid package as a replacement for our previous apps.

In terms of pricing and support, I find both aspects reasonable. A great advantage is that they even helped customize the language switcher location, and our Shopify SEO ranking improved (also related to the URL structure).

As for support response times, it’s understandable that there may be some delays due to different time zones.

It used to be good and we tried their new version. We were charged for a premium suscription and got a terrible translation to Swedish because it was "AI". our chat gtp makes better translations than this. The result was that it took longer time to fix all the trouble caused by the poor translation than translating everything manually. The customer service refunded half of the price, but it was still comparable to the price of a month suscription to chatgtp.
