The app works ... sorta. I found it difficult to understand how to set up the products and after they were uploaded to Best Buy there were still other steps to get things live. I had two support chats, one was poor and not followed up, the 2nd was pretty good and after asking the right questions I got needed info in operating the app. I'm still learning, but it seems like the app works, it might take several tries to get things "right". I did not find the Help documents very helpful.

UPDATE:

Never responded or addressed to any support tickets I opened to fix their useless and non-working app, but emailed me immediately to collect payment to renew subscription. Are you joking? Uninstalled and not looking back.

UPDATE:

Now in our third year... The journey began positively, despite a few minor issues, which were quickly resolved thanks to efficient customer support. Unfortunately, last year marked a significant decline. The app has since failed to function correctly, and despite numerous support tickets and attempts to arrange meetings via their portal, there has been no response or attendance. The app is now utterly ineffective and non-functional. I advise against wasting your time and resources on it.

We sought an affordable way to transfer our listings from Amazon to Shopify, then onward to BB. It took roughly two months to identify and fix several bugs that may have been unique to our synchronization process. However, their support team was available to assist, and the app has been operating smoothly since then. I plan to monitor its performance over time and will adjust my review as needed.

The below issue CED Support worked on and now work like the other apps. They do listen and improve their apps I have multiple CED apps and this one they appear to have stopped all investment into. There is no bulk fix feature like in their other apps e.g. Walmart app allows you to assign the default DVD rating where as this one doesn't. The results are clear as I have over 400 items listed on Walmart but only 21 listed on Bestbuy. Save time and money and just list the Bestbuy items manually as this App does not help at all

The CED Best Buy Canada Integration app does not function properly. It never has worked 100%. The customer support is there, but most often the support team has to manually submit feeds when I reach out because this app does not work properly. The last time there was an issue (recently), there was no solution provided and the support team did not reply to my email.
