We have been using A2X for a few years now. The data integration has been running smoothly however I did encounter an issue recently which Renee managed to sort out for me. Thanks so much for your quick and efficient customer service Renee.
A2X has completely transformed the way I handle my e-commerce accounting. This app effortlessly pulls data from Shopify and Amazon, automatically categorizing and matching transactions to the correct Xero accounts. It's like having a dedicated accountant working 24/7.
We use this with Xero and some other sales channels to make sure data going into accounts is accurate. I’m not so involved with the details but the accounts are happy so overall happy with a product that does what it says on the tin. Support is also great when needed.
I can't speak highly enough about the incredible customer service I received from Aidan and the A2X team today! I have been using A2X for the past few years, I like that is an automatic solution to the annoying manual accounting of shopify transactions. Do be careful if you are loop - shopify; they don't necessarily speak the proper accounting language to each other which can cause differences in your accounting (specifically in pending payments) and how A2X records them; without an accountant/bookkeeper that understands the back end of Shopify/loop you're screwed. I will be honest I have been disappointed by MOST of A2X's support people - I have been trying to figure out my loop-shopify woes for a while, and most support people gave me run around, solutions that weren't the right solutions etc. FINALLY I got a rep that actually knew what she was talking about, she knew the shopify-loop woes and was finally able to help me properly work through them... So if it wasn't for Manuela Abrams, I likely would still be pulling my hair out with my 'outage' in pending payments. Also -- if you need help and you feel like the normal support people suck -- try to request Manuela Abrams - she knows her stuff (and her accounting principles!). So this review is more for Manuela 10/10 -- a2x pre-manuela 4/10 -- a2x after Manuela 8/10. Manuela deserves a raise and a promotion! (but please let her help me going forward lol).

A2X to Xero is amazing and has great customer support! I had a missing payout that didn't come through to Xero, and the chat support was able to resolve in 24 HOURS! Absolutely amazing!
